As soon as I walked in Anya was available to answer any questions and help shop for a chew for my dog. They were very knowledgeable and my dog is very happy with the chews they recommended. They also shared grooming prices with me and we'll definitely be coming back.

I had the opportunity to visit Lizzi and Rocco’s in Columbia, Missouri, and it was an amazing experience. The nice-sized parking lot made it easy to get in and out. The highlight, however, was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Despite arriving just an hour before closing time, they generously accommodated my request for a dog bath, showcasing their exceptional customer service.The gentleman with the long hair went above and beyond, allowing me to bathe my dog even after the usual cut-off time. Everyone I encountered at Lizzi and Rocco’s was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.I'm particularly looking forward to enrolling my dog in their training classes, as the staff's friendliness during my visit bodes well for a fantastic experience. Moreover, the complimentary amenities provided for dog baths were outstanding. Treats, ear-cleaning tools, blow dryers, soap, conditioner, brushes – they offer everything you need for a thorough and enjoyable dog-bathing session. These thoughtful extras truly set Lizzi and Rocco’s apart, making it a standout destination for pet care. I highly recommend this spot for all your pet needs.

Absolutely recommend. We started with one dog when they were getting their business up and going. They have been the calm in the storm when one of the dogs had any issues. When it was time to say goodbye to our pups they were there for us giving us support and showed so much compassion. Even when we were in between pets they had no problem with us stopping in for some pet therapy. Knowledgable and kind.

I love going to Lizzi and Rocco's for all of my grandpups' needs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store has an awesome selection of pet items. My grandpups especially love the homemade cookies!

I decided to take one of our pups here on a whim to get her nails trimmed. She gets anxiety, so I figured I might be waiting a while. Jeff had her in and out in 5 minutes!! They also have a great selection of treats, AND they carry her dog food - most places don't! The employee at the register was so nice and conversational. All around great atmosphere here. I definitely will be coming back!!

Has a variety of items but pricey. Had to return an item next day collar buckle not working replaced item easily. Was pleased with 3 items purchased. My Rescued cat loves his toy!

Lizzi and Rocco’s is THE BEST for grooming your pet, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have a 10 month old bernedoodle who tends to be a little nervous/shy when it comes to grooming tools and the sounds etc however Hannah at the green meadows location does an unbelievable job with Harley girl!! Both times Harley has gone in for a bath/brush/trim, Hannah has made sure she looks absolutely FABULOUS. It makes me feel so at ease knowing she’s being well taken care of and will only be at the groomers at few short hours VS an entire day. Worth the price for the overall experience and grooming, I will never take my dog anywhere else!

If you're looking for something special for your pet, their bakery has ridiculously cute treats that my dog loves. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the store has a great selection of other food, treats, and pet items.

I just want to say thank you to Lizzi and Rocco’s for caring about their customers, and caring about their customers pets! My kitten could not poop for 3 days. I came to find some food with higher fiber, and a woman that worked there came to ask if I needed any help. She told me about pumpkin with coconut oil treat in the dog section and said she would recommend it and went across the store to grab it herself. She also gave me other suggestions for feed options. She was much more helpful than even the veterinarian I went to. Thank you so much for showing you care about customers pets! Thanks to you my cat took a poop and is feeling much better now! I appreciate your store and employees a lot.

Excellent pet store with the most friendly staff I've run across. They are knowledgeable about the products they carry and will do their best to help if you have problems with a purchase! Their dog training classes are the best. My puppy is a lifetime customer.

I love this store. I can bring my dogs in for a bath and they have the stalls where you can shut them in with you. That way you can concentrate on getting them clean. Especially with more than 1 dog. They have lots of goodies for the fur babies. The staff is always polite and helpful.

The South location is a great selection for dog owners, but their cat section is lacking. I've tried going in there multiple times for different cat foods, and they keep reducing the selection. It's frustrating that the "bigger" store location is not more accommodating for all pets. They are very dog-centric. Also, their staff is quick to rush you out the door. It's unfortunate with gas prices that I have to drive across town to get friendlier service and more feline product selection. They do offer "special order", but when I've tried that before it takes forever and is inconsistent. I'm just very disappointed with the South location. Kudos to the North location.

Great options for treats and food for your animals. Group classes are exceptional, the trainers keep the mood light for you but firm for your dog so the desired lesson is recieved for your pet. Highly recommend for any new pet owners who would like guidance in helping their pet learn!

Lizzi and Rocco's is the best. I shopped there the first time on my way home from the shelter with my new puppy. The last time I was there was to pick up food for my "new puppy" who is now my poor old arthritic dog. And as with my first visit almost 12 years ago they didn't let me down. This is also where I take both "pups " for grooming.

The person who helped me today was AMAZING. They didn't have the size litter I wanted in the brand I normally use (World's Best Lavender Scented), so she offered to call the other store. I declined and asked if my cats would respond the same to World's Best unscented and she said it's the exact same just unscented, and they will use it with no issues. She said if she's completely wrong I can just return and they'll donate. My cats used it within 5 minutes of me putting it out. She was awesome!

I have gone to this location to get my golden doodle groomed with Andrea. Since the beginning she has been very thorough to understand how I want my pup to look after grooming. I have never been disappointed. I’ve regularly gone to her for several times and my dog has become more and more comfortable with having his nails trimmed. She is very calming to be around and my dog is always happy to see her. She also is great at communicating and has been flexible to schedule. Considering the customer service she provides, it is well worth the cost!!
