As a dog mom of 2 goldendoodles, I love this place so much!! From the time my boys were just pups, we have been coming to Lizzi & Rocco’s on business loop! We are always greeted with kindness. Every employee is knowledgeable about the many treats/bones/food/supplements that they offer in store. Both of my boys get grooming services by Kimberly. She is so gentle and kind with both of my fur babies! They absolutely adore their visits with Miss Kimberly. My boys have a scheduled time every 6wks where they are dropped off and picked up with no kennel time. I always know my boys are well taken care and being pampered during their time at the “spa.” Can’t recommend Kimberly enough!!

Loved the experience I had with Jay at Lizzi and Roccos! She helped me with my Boston Terrier and French Bulldog! She had a lot of knowledge about all the products there and was so kind! She also helped us find the perfect (healthy too!) toys/chews for our pups! If you need any dog related item, this place is the place to go! Your more than welcome to bring your doggos too! Beyond satisfied with the employees and especially Jay who made me feel really comfortable and seemed to have the dogs best interest at heart :)

Staff is friendly and very helpful. They keep a record of what dog food I buy and even carry it to my car. Our groomer, Sam, is amazing with our fluffy and skittish dog. I love this place!

If every store operated like Lizzi and Rocco’s, the world would be a better place. Staff might as well hold doctorates in what they’re selling — they are so knowledgeable. I’ve always had fast and friendly service and all my questions were answered promptly. I can’t believe I look forward to buying cat food and litter. Lailani recently helped me find the perfect flea and tick medication and was wonderful, kind, and helpful. Everyone is. Thanks again, Lizzi and Rocco’s!

A fun place to go with the dogs to pick out a special treat. Only after being in the store for a little bit we noticed some cats roaming around. Thankfully my dogs didn't notice until we were leaving. Woof... that would have made the shopping trip even more exciting for them.

High quality products and SUPER friendly staff! Everyone is always so helpful but not overwhelming. I love their self wash station for when you don’t need a full groom, save some money, and get that stinky pup smelling good again! We’ve also used their training classes and I highly recommend!

I just went there for the first time today. I have two cats that have opposite allergies to each other and I’ve been having a hard time feeding them separately without them eating one another’s food. When I went in there I immediately got help and was shown almost every single cat food that didn’t have my cats allergies, and all the information about them and their brand. I was helped by somebody named Rae specifically and they sent me home with a ton of different samples for my cats to try to make sure that they 1) like it and 2) can digest them. Instead of trying to be sold a certain product, I was helped out to the fullest extent and sent home with samples for free just to make sure that my cats have something that make them feel good and healthy.

I like this place because it’s the only place in town to find the food I like for my pets but their customer service is next level aggressive. Like I consistently tell them I don’t need any help because I literally come here every other week FOR THE SAME THING, but they will legit follow you around the store telling you about their deals etc even when you already told them you weren’t interested and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Like bro, I know why I’m here please stop following me. It makes me so uncomfortable.

We, Charlie, Maggie and I LOVE Lizzi and Rocco’s, however, Charlie and Maggie shoplift so they can’t come with me inside anymore! I buy all my dog food there. I have delivery sometimes which is wonderful for us during this pandemic time. All products are very, very good and high quality. The staff is super helpful. We don’t go anywhere else.

I love Lizzi and Rocco's market. The employees are always very friendly. Their grooming service is priced reasonably and my dogs have always been taken well care of. They have an excellent selection of toys, pet apparel, food and treats. Plus they have a rewards program that grants you a free bag of pet food after you buy so many. Best pet market in town, in my opinion.Update 3-18-22 Yup. Still rocks. 😊

I absolutely love this store! Not only for the affordable products and great selection, but what really makes me go back time and time again is the staff. They take the time to get to know me and my dog. They greet me by name and my dog too when I bring her into the store. They genuinely care about any issues I have and are always thorough responding to my questions. This is the kind of experience that you don't really get at the department stores. I love that they're always involved with local rescues and help sponsor events that I can attend and support.When my first dog died, they were very sympathetic and listened to me while I told them the story. They're very genuine here.Also, the groomer is amazing with my dog and one time when I locked my keys in my car, she called her own personal AAA and had a locksmith come out to get them out for me at no charge.Overall: great company, great people. Shop here and support a local, thriving business!

Very helpful and informative. Helped with finding nutrious wet food for my tiny chihuahua puppy I had just gotten. Great place filled with toys for every size and age of pet. My little one picked out 2 all by himself.
