I just called the pharmacy on W Broadway in Columbia MO to see if they received the prescription from my vet for my dog and the guy who answered mumbled something I couldn’t understand then slams the call in my ear disconnecting the call. The lady who answered in Conley pharmacy was really nice and they had the prescription I needed. All the guy in the Broadway pharmacy had to say was that they hadn’t received it. Not sure why that he felt the need to slam the phone in my ear. Wow, will never use that pharmacy.

The drive thru is always closed when I go now, which is the whole reason I use this pharmacy. I get my groceries at Walmart... Since there's no reliable drive thru anymore, I need to switch pharmacies, which is annoying and inconvenient. Also, It's really annoying that they never prepare your medicine until you call them. Every single time I get a new script, I have to call them immediately after I go to the doctor or they won't prepare it for an entire week. Once I mention why I'm calling, they get an attitude. I suppose because half the people calling, are calling for the same reason. Maybe if you did it in a timely manner, you wouldn't have so many of those calls. 🤷♀️

I’ve been getting the same medication for 2 years and have been using this pharmacy for as long as that. I seem to have an issue almost every month. Whether it’s just requesting the refill and the staff being confused about dates and when they can fill or it takes them forever to actually fill the medication. Its rare to have an experience where I can simply JUST pick up my meds even though I’ve been getting the same meds at the same place for 2 years. I’m not one to complain and I try to give folks the benefit of the doubt (especially folks in the service industry because I’ve been there and know it’s hard) but I think two years is sufficient effort on my part. I will be switching my pharmacy. I’d rather have an organized pharmacy that is out of my way than one with a convenient location and such a headache.

I took my son here for his first pediatric COVID vaccine. Checked in quickly by a friendly staff member. Assured it would be a few mins; we had an appt for 2:45-3pm. Waited in a crowded area with several unmasked customers until 3:15. Kiddo got increasingly anxious the longer we waited. Staff told us they have 4 people for each 15 min time slot and we'd just have to be patient. Vaxes are being given in a tiny closet by an unmasked (don't know if vaccinated or not) staff person who is not disinfecting surfaces after unmasked customers get vaxed. No verbal information offered on the vaccine. I was very grateful to get my son vaccinated but this was a stressful experience for both him and I.

I thought I was at Walgreens after waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. I'm thinking "oh I bet they are super short staffed like everyone else " I of course feel bad for them until I get to the window and there are literally 15 people working. Then I hand her my new insurance card and she says I have to go to the back of the line after waiting 30 minutes already! So the drive thru doesn't accept insurance cards?? She could also see I had my small child and dogs with me. So I ended up just going inside but I will never go back. 15 people working and you can't get it together? Embarrassing. Maybe Chick-fil-A employees should be brought on for training?

The staff has good manners but they lie and try to make it as difficult as possible and when I say lie they try and make it the best time for them as to when you can pick up your meds so they can have as easy of a day for them as possible this is coming from someone that's been going to this pharmacy for 2 years only going because of how close it is to me if you have a way to go to a different pharmacy please do so because you will have nothing but problems in the long run

Poor communication between staff1, only 1employee I've spoken with has been extremely rude and disrespectful. Wrong place for her to be working. Patients need patience and understanding. I know, I'm a disabled RN. Pharmacist is pleasant as can be as the majority of the staff are.

Definitely a "neighborhood pharmacy". Worked with pharmacist Matt and a woman pharmacist (didn't get her name unfortunately)... Originally, was getting a 90 supply of a medicine that WAS going to be $1245.00. And that's WITH a Good Rx discount. In the end, they got me a 30 day supply for $25. This speaks to their professionalism. They took the time to HELP me. I used to grocery shop somewhere else but now... If I need it, and HyVee sells it. I'm going to HyVee. Thank you so much. You deserve all the praise in the world for doing what can be a thankless and frustrating job. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

The service provided was solid and greatly appreciated. Coming from out of town and needing to get an urgent care RX filled, it was a place where they took care of me. Really appreciated the services provided.

My son was not well, he was in the car, I went there to get a prescription, and a woman answered me rudely, just because my language was not good and I was a foreigner, but this is not a reason for me to be disrespected, I went there twice and This is the last time I go there and report it all times with disrespect.

Not a safe experience at all - came here for a covid booster and their waiting area was packed with very few mask wearers. Not a place I would ever go back to
