Generally speaking, they are always helpful and courteous. The deals are fun to run into, and the store has been organized and very well lit most every time we have gone there.Side note: picked up a wooden puzzle for my grandson's upcoming birthday. Excellent price. Good deals. Good prices. Tools from specialized to general onetime use; very affordable, pretty available to anyone. Though, when you are relying on the special ads, you should Always double check the incredibly small print as to when the sale is over...it could say 20% off on a particular day and the rest of the ad refers to the day before as to the sales dates. Items offered keep changing. To that end, be vigilant about their sales and special offerings- like this upcoming holiday weekend, it should be fun. Always a nice greeting when you walk in....Take a quick jaunt to the local store and peruse their Sunday bargains- usually worth the effort.

The staff are great and very helpful. I shop this store regularly, and they always have what I need in a pinch. My grandfather shopped HF years ago, and many of his tools are still in use today. I trust their products for my business. Thank you Harbor Freight!

Good variety of gloves and tools. Keep in mind some tools don't hold up under hard use but good for shade tree or around the house work. I don't buy extended warranty unless I know I'm going to use it hard.

I have utilized harbor freight tools in many scenarios from working in a mechanic shop to regular home use. Good quality products. The store here was clean and easy to navigate. Sales were clearly visible and strategically placed. Staff was plentiful and eager to assist. This has been my go to store for many years. Excited for the Moberly store to open.

I'm tough on my tools & use them often, and all my tools are still going strong, except for a few screw driver bits that were improperly used. I love Harbor Freight! Great prices, helpful staff, friendly service. There is a great selection of hand tools, power tools and accessories!

We have been trying to order a tool box set since November 2021. Have had some major set backs with the pandemic and manufacturing issues. Liz the Manager has been great! She has been awesome through this whole mess and a very focused customer service person! Be patient people like everyone else she is suffering with staffing issues.

Friendly staff, lots of great items and some for free just look at the flyers when walking in or signup to get them in your emails! This location always has what I either need or think I need at that time, LOL. Great location and easy to get to from town and I-70. I have a store closer to me, but I prefer going to this location because of the staff and supply of goods when I go visit my brother in Columbia.

Great customer service! Store was a little chaotic, but it seemed like they were rearranging stuff, and it just wasn't quite done. I found nearly everything I needed, and what I couldn't find, they were sold out. Proces were amazing, and quality is absolutely there. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

Had to return a manual log splitter I bought 6 weeks ago. The pin below the cylinder had bent. Two managers were working at the time. One had just clocked out and was talking to the other manager. The one who had clocked out went out to my truck and looked at the log splitter. He said no problem on returning for a new one. I went back in the store and the manager still on duty was already bringing the replacement to the front of the store. He loaded it into my truck and unloaded the damaged one. This all took place in about 10 minutes with no questions asked. Very pleased with the return process at this store. I will definitely be returning to this store based on their handling of my return. I'm a recent transplant from Illinois and am impressed with the service at this Harbor Freight.

Great products! Great price! If Corporate is going to require coupons to be present they should open more registers for checking out or update the POS system to link their coupons to rewards members. Management was helpful but some of the staff is still developing the knowledge and practice of servant minded actions necessary to be in the customer service industry. I do recommend Harbor Freight as needed.

Had to stop In just short of closing time and the two working the evening shift were extremely understanding, helpful, and engaged in conversation but weren't bothering me like you would think considering I came in right before they were due to close. Other than that, it's organized, clean, and c'mon folks!!.... it's harbor freight! #winning.p

Great place to shop for inexpensive tool options, but this location has had trouble keeping things in stock in the past. I still like to stop by when I'm in the Columbia area. On my last visit they were going through a remodel, and things were a bit messy. I'm sure the new renovations will be neat to check out upon my next visit.

Called ahead to see if they had what I needed, they said they did. The shelf was empty and had been when I called. This is my 3rd trip in which I've been disappointed. Not worth the extra gas to end up having to go somewhere else anyway.I doubt I'll return.
