We were caught in the 3/14/24 hailstorm in O'Fallon on a trip to the University of Missouri. Our windshield was severely cracked. We were able to make an appointment for the next day at 9am. We had a new windshield by 10:30am, and the office person, Sam, took care of all of the insurance details. We could not have asked for better service. They get my highest possible recommendation!

These folks are absolutely wonderful! I recently bought a used car that had a leak. I thought it was the windshield so I asked them to take a look. It ended up that it was just the sunroof drains being clogged, which they unclogged for me and even put my new plates on for me too! Then, they didn’t even charge me for the labor! I had been so nervous that I would be out hundreds! Very kind and honest, and Sam up front is great! I can’t recommend them enough!

Called multiple local companies trying to get the windshield replaced in my classic car, only these guys would order the glass and install it. They installed it in my driveway and were in and out in half an hour, and the glass looks great, and the price was reasonable. Very happy with how it turned out.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Outstanding Service. I initially mis-informed them of the window accessories and they showed up with the wrong glass. Without complaint, they reordered the right glass and installed the next day. Of course late in the day I had my windshield broke. I was traveling thru for work. I started calling the glass places. Expert Glass was the only one that said come in the next morning. I got there at 930. The supplier shipped the wrong windshield. He met with the woman that is part owner of the company . She picked it up and the guys had.me.out the door and ready to go within 45 mins of the right windshield showing up. Plus they gave me a little discount. They are very professional people. Very good people. I highly recommend anyone to see them and see for yourself . I'd give them 10 stars for the work the cleanliness the customer service their friendliness. They really are fabulous. Thank you very much all of you at expert Glass.. idention names but I don't recall their names. They evenet us keep the dog inside while we waited.

First let me say that I generally don't write 5 star reviews. Maybe I'm just cynical but there is usually something that can be seen as a negative.With that being said, Expert will be the place I go with any future glass issues. This experience was almost perfect.My car ended up with a large crack so I knew the windshield needed replaced. My insurance makes the process easy if you use their recommended company, the one with all the tv commercials that promise to repair and to replace.Well that turned into a disaster. Wrong glass ordered, follow up appointments that were required and finally, the straw that broke the back, showing up for a scheduled appointment and the store being closed!A friend told me about Expert so I gave them a call. Reception lady was as nice as could be and ready to take care of the job the following day. I couldn't do that and the day I needed was not a problem either so it was scheduled. An hour later I receive a call recommending that I don't use my insurance because of my $500 deductible. She explained that if I just paid outright without insurance, I would save more than $150! I was totally shocked! I was ready to pay my deductible and wouldn't have been any the wiser if Expert would have just filed the insurance claim and took my $500!!! Now THAT'S customer service!The day of my appointment everything was ready to go, my keys were taken and an hour later the job was done. I was told what "not to do" to ensure no issues with the new glass and I was on my way.Bottom line...I will recommend this local shop to anyone I know with windshield issues. I have picked my car up from the shop in Columbia, MO! I replaced my windshield almost within 24 hours. I brought my car yesterday around noon and got it back around noon today! The Columbia office was honest with me that they may not be able to fix my windshield if water had gotten into the crack, but offered to look at it. Thankful they were able to fix it for me! This company was recommended by a mechanic friend. They were able to help me in a bind, I had a time issue. Got me in an early (came to my house) done in about 30 minutes. The guys were very kind & personable. The windshield looks great, no issues. I highly recommend them. Very reasonable prices.
