I love visiting this clean, well organized store when I am in Columbia and I want to specifically mention the cheesemonger (yes, that is a correct title!) … her name is Chelsey and SHE KNOWS CHEESE, not just the usual kinds…ALL kinds! AND she loves what she does! Eat Well, do you realize how lucky you are to have such an enthusiastic employee? She was GREAT! I took home five different kinds of cheeses and each one was superb. Chelsey also understands how different types of crackers or biscuits will impact the flavor of the cheeses, so she is a great resource to ask if you are getting ready to entertain or if you’re just wanting to try a new cheese.As you can see, the store is very clean with great selections. You may not find in other stores. The only thing I would like to see is a larger bread section. Overall, I consider this my favorite grocery in Columbia. ❤️

The store itself is great! It has nice produce, a wide variety of vegan foods, and the store is clean! The cashiers are hit and miss. One young lady is always very rude. Since Eatwell is my neighborhood store, I have tried to be friendly and courteous but she is routinely surly. Now, I just try to avoid her line. So disappointing!!

Nice grocery store if you looking for great fresh produce. Their Deli section is also nice. Though price is a bit upward when compared to other supermarkets like Walmart but it's worth paying that extra.

I love the variety this store offers. However I routinely have a very negative experience with one cashier in particular, I think her name is Nicole but I know she has red hair. She is always rude and impatient, acting like the customer is inconvenient. I tried to overlook this many times over the past year or two as I’ve spent a long time in customer service and want to always be generous. But I was here today, waiting behind the line as the sign directed me too. She said “You need to start unloading your groceries now” SO rudely, when the customer in front of me hadn’t even paid yet. Then she handed me the cleaning product that she accidentally cracked, and said “you’ll need to go get another blue one this one is leaking”. I thought she must have been talking to the lady bagging my groceries as I had not yet paid and was attempting to do so, but she made me walk across the store and get a new bottle. When I came back they had pushed my cart so far away so that I didn’t initially see it and had to awkwardly back up more than 10 feet to go out the correct doors. We love many things about this store but the customer service here is truly a joke now between me as many of my friends.

Need to improve their deli counter. Most times I've been in the store the items are not fresh and area is not well stocked or cleaned. Items are overpriced for the most part.No one seems to be happy to help out with questions.Store is semi clean on a really good day. Kind of a disappointment

Roughly 3-5 cashiers are impressively rude on a consistent basis. At first I thought, “maybe they’re having a bad day”. My wife started a story today with, “so at Eatwell..”, I immediately knew the story was a tale of horrible customer service by the cashiers, and it was. If you shop here you already know. The behavior is worse then rude, it is often malicious.

Used to be one of our favorite stores in CoMo but it’s turning more and more in a more exp expensive schnucks. Products are similar so no real point in going here instead of a Schnucks.

I miss Lucky’s so much. This place is constantly understaffed. They seem to only hire college kids who leave during breaks making it even more unstaffed. They have eliminated virtually everything that made Lucky’s special and a real community gathering place. The Schnucks Express thing hardly ever has the outside doors open. Such a disappointment.

Have been shopping here since they used to be Luckys.If someone from management is reading this I've a complaint/suggestion.You all run the offer of $10 off if you purchase $50 or more. All check outs have the bar code on the check out computer. But the person manning this counters are not consistent. The guy in front of me bought for 55$ and the girl scans the code to give him the discount. I check out next and my receipt comes to 78$ and she did not scan it. I didn't ask her to do it as I was sure she was not scanning it on purpose. I don't want to name them. Either have them do it for all customers or have the machine do it automatically. Thanks.

Love this store! A true health food store that is full of delicious and healthy real food! The produce department is beautiful and easy to navigate plus all the produce that I bought was very fresh and in perfect condition. The frozen department was a nice mix of traditional grocery store brands with lots and lots of health food brands and specific dietary needs like Gluten Free food, dairy free, Soy Free and other issues. Wish we had one of these near us at home.

I shop at eat well often but don't usually have a problem. The outside sitting area near the cafe is littered with food and trash and there were homeless people literally pulling teeth out of their mouths and harassing customers when they complained.

Every single employee that we encountered at this store was rude and lazy. Tried to order pizza and the guy had an attitude saying that it would be at least an hour before he could start on it. Then upon checking out, the guy proceeded to ask me where the barcode was on every single item then just stood there expecting us to bag our own groceries as if it wasn't his job. Rolled his eyes when he was asked to bag the rest of them. Is being an entitled lazy hipster in your job qualifications there? Because that would be the only reason why they would be qualified to work in customer service.

Great store that always has a good selection of healthy foods and hard to find items for those with dietary restrictions. Price is comparable to shopping at other major grocers in town. Employees are always super friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that their produce is not always the best quality as things look like they've sat out for far too long.

Un-Lucky's. I don't know exactly why Schnucks decided to get into the health market game - they don't seem to have much ambition or awareness with regards to this style of store. Most of the better and unique offerings are weakened holdovers from when it was Lucky's. But with an increasing influx of generic and conventional items. There are some highlights: the butcher shop, the deli and sushi spot are all pretty well stocked and well run. The spirits section has declined as has the pizza and bar section. They no longer host any events and seem to be completely disinterested in any of the community outreach or interaction their predecessor was known for. It would be nice to see an effort at something...inspired??... but I'm not convinced the current ownership would really know where to begin and will likely just blindly milk the model until their analytics tell them something different.

What a great store! Better selection of items than my Whole Foods in DC. Well organized, well stocked, great prices, particularly great prices on sale items even in the liquor store! Huge selection of wine, beer, and spirits too! Everything we purchased during our week stay was of excellent quality, and the staff were friendly during check out. Highly recommend.

Eat Well is a mid MO scaled down version of Whole Foods...nit a bad thing, at all! I found easily everything I needed & a few pleasant surprises. the Deli section isn't as expansive as WFs (hard thing to be!), but the items I got were just as tasty and a bit cheaper than WFs. Exactly as Ive noticed elsewhere, the employees ( mostly college students obviously) are much nicer & more helpful than in the "big city". I realize I may just be encountering people at "good times", but keep it up Columbia ( and mid MO workers in general), this makes for so much a nicer environment & shopping experience! Overall, I shall definately return!

Very good selection of produce. Store appeared organized and overall had a good selection of what I needed.I was disappointed to discover I would have to wait 50 minutes for ground beef. Having to go to another grocery store is frustrating. They did have Italian sausage available and I am happy to find another source for fresh sausage. Friendly and helpful associates! I appreciated being asked "if I was finding what I needed" and being helped when I could not.

Ive yet to go there when the pizza is available. Didn’t close according to the sign for two more hours. Never had this problem with Lucky’s.
