I know absolutely nothing about sports cards. I went here looking for a Christmas gift for my grandson who loves the stuff. I must say they have a LOT of it. One of the staff helped me and gave suggestions, which I really appreciated. I definitely will be back to pick up future items for the grandkids. There are more than just cards there. It's worth checking out.

Excellent card trading shop. Good for all ages and audiences. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Supporting small business is important but especially in card trading. Very pleased with my experience at this shop and will continue to shop here.

They say they buy cards . Hahahaha ya good luck . They haven't bought anything I've tried to sell them. I offered to sell a Cj Stroud Optic rookie Red&Green thats selling for 100$ on average right now and is hot . I needed cash fast so I thought for sure they would buy this . This dude said " were not lacking to buy Cj right now " .Like what DO YOU BUY!!! I BET SINCE I SAID I KNEW THE COMPS THEY KNOW THEY CANT RIP ME OFF . THEY DONT BUY CARDS . SO FAR THEY AINT BOUGHT NOTHING .

I've been there twice this year and both times excuses were made as to why they couldn't/didn't want to help me. It's genuinely like you are bothering them to be in in the store. I went to this store the first year it was open and the owner was nice and fired up to be opening his store. I'm not sure if this is the same owner but if it is, it's disappointing as to how far the customer service has fallen. I won't be back, my time is worth something even though they make you feel like it is not.

I’ve been there roughly 6-7 times over the last few years. My experiences have been hot and cold. I’m grown and don’t expect to be coddled but half of the times I’ve gone the owner has come off as snarky and disinterested. The last visit being roughly a week ago I was looking to drop 400-500 bucks and I just didn’t feel like I was even welcome in the shop and left. Maybe my expectations are too high, not going back either way. Prices are fair, I won’t take that away from him.

I'm a born again card collector and relatively new to the area. A lot has changed in the card business since I was a kid collector in the 80s and 90s. The team at Dugout Sports Cards has been welcoming and beyond helpful with my many questions. The selection is vast with price ranges to please any type of budget. If anyone is writing a review that is under a "5", it is because they're a miserable person to begin with. The type who could win a million but would cry for 2 mill. Seriously

I randomly went into "Dugout Sports Cards" today with tattered baseball cards from the 90s.(My ninety one year-old mother gave me old baseball cards while clearing out her horribly cluttered basement).The young man who helped my daughter and I was so sweet, kind and honest.This young man was genuine and very helpful.I would recommend this store to anyone who wants honest feedback and honest prices.

Store was busy when we stopped - staff was friendly, customer were opening packs and the locals were gathered at a table making deals! The very nice man who was working, I did not get his name, talked with my son (who just got into basketball cards) about what his favorite player was. My son bought a box, a cheaper one but he gave my son a free box that some of the local collectors left! Such a wonderful and nice gesture! Thanks! Will be back if we ever pass through Columbia again!

This place is a gem. I live 2 hours away, so i make sure to stop by everytime i am in town. Great prices, great guy that runs it. Take advantage of this place. Not many stores like this left!

This place is a scammer owned operation. They sell fake merchandise with forged signatures. Just contacted an attorney. Do not trust them

Our first time at Dugout Sports Cards was tonight. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly. He even generously gave my son some extra cards as we were leaving. He made a card collector out of my son, for sure! We will be back!

Wonderful sports collectibles shop in Columbia. Also, just about the only place in town I know of like it anymore. The owner Chais is very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. Lovely guy to talk to and buy from. If you're looking to buy sports cards in the central missouri area I can't imagine there is anywhere better than Dugout.
