the crossroads Dollar Tree is undoubtedly the worst of the 4 locations in town. store changes management more or less monthly, and each time, the store gets dirtier and more disorganized. the store is filthy, stacks of boxes half way to the ceiling all over the store (which is a constant safety hazzard) the isles are also filthy, products in complete disarray, and litter the floor. employees get hired and fired daily and most of them do not even bother to show up for their shift, forcing managers to work overtime. avoid this store, there are 3 other locations in town, all of which are much cleaner and well managed than the crossroads location. unfair pay to empoyees as well. worked for them about 4 years and not a SINGLE raise.

Only needed one thing and couldn't find it. The young man I asked didn't know right off where it would be so he asked an older employee who was very rude and impatient. The older employee led me on a wild goose chase and then told me they didn't have the item. Cat food. Very disorganized store. As I made my arthritic way to the exit, the original employee approached with the item and even offered to bring another package if I needed. There was a problem at the register, it kept locking up. The cashier was very patient, called for backup and everything worked out. I only had a problem with the one employee but, my, a manager needs to get in there and organize the place

Very poorly managed. If that's what you want to call it.. And I do mean very poorly managed. Extremely dirty and very unorganized... the only reason I give two stars is because this store actually has potential. Just not with the current management and employees that occupy the potential space of this this facility... trust me call me if I was manager of this place the first thing I would do with fire everyone. Very first thing. And they can't keep anybody else have because they're underpaid and seem to be constantly getting fired for stealing. Not sure who the owner is of this one. But there's more than enough proof that he doesn't come by very often.

Usually a decent store but if only the worker lady with a bad attitude had a name tag we might get somewhere, with when someone asks for bathroom key 🔑you give it not lie and say someone is in there, the key was hanging right by her, cannot stand people like her.

There is always boxes upon boxes in every isle people are reaching over the boxes so they can get the thing they came to shop for you can't see all the products because boxes are blocking it you can barley get the cart through isles because of the boxes

I was so surprised at the greeting that I received as I walked in the door as if I was some special although I'm just someone that's normal, it was a great surprise. Everything I needed that I couldn't find there was someone immediately there to attend to me and that was a great appreciation because I was so lost and because I needed to get out of the store as soon as possible to make another appointment. I will give a special thanks to Amber and Gretchen they were great sales associates and I would give them a 5-star review and I want you to know that I give it a thumbs up not just one two thumbs up at the cleanliness and the orderliness and the greeting that I received not only that I lost my scarf when I first walked in the door and they personally came up to me and said me I know this is yours and I thought man they sure do make me feel special so God bless you and all your employees for being who you are you sure do go above and beyond your Call of Duty

Isles were very crowded. Nice selection of items. I'm sure the isle's had large boxes waiting to be opened and put on shelves due to the employees shortage all businesses are facing. Pleasant staff

I love love love Dollar Tree! They have so many things there. I try to go at least once a month, if not more. I do a lot of craft projects & they have so many great supplies. They have greeting cards, gift bags, cleaning supplies, etc. With a little patience you can most likely find just about anything you might need. The one drawback is that they almost always have a bunch of boxes that need to be stocked but you can still usually get to what you need.

Went here for many yearw, store is usually a disaster and most of the cashier I've dealt with are rude. I specifically went last night and spoke to not only a cashier but a manager who told me they would blow up balloons not purchased at Dollar Tree at no charge in which the manager stated "I won't be here tomorrow but the manager on duty won't have a problem with it". He seemed less then confident so I called and the manager on duty said "Absolutely not because we can sue them of they pop our balloon" so they lied and gave me incorrect info which throws my entire day an hour later since I now have to make the trip to party city. There have been many times that they're so busy and they do not call up a second cashier and the cashier at register is rude and clearly exhausted. I've been treated with less then good customer service. I love the option to grab a couple things that are cheap but dealing with the employees and digging through a trashed store is not ideal. One employee on another occasion has his child at the register with him, I assume he did not have a babysitter and his child although behaving still should not be at the work place if you work in customer service.

There's a sign on front window that says there's no public bathroom and they always tell people it's out of order -- but I believe there's a working bathroom in the store, but it's closed off to the public and is only for employees. It's in the back left of the store, across from the "public bathroom" that's locked and this bathroom has a sign that says "employees" on the door, so no one will know it's a bathroom. I've seen an employee go in there with a key, and I believe this is a bathroom that's in order. Most Dollar Tree stores have 2 bathrooms, one for the men and one for the women, and employees share the bathrooms with the public, but here they do not. Employees seem to have their own here.

Lots & lots of great stuff for a dollar. Gave the lady $11. In quarters, dimes and nickels. I loved it so much I spent time in the store looking for $1 bargain items. Happy shopping there.

Was dirty and the girl at the register was more worried about her phone than handing me my bags. It wasn't busy, three manger was degrading the people who shop there... I think I might find a different one to go to.

Terrible. Very unprofessional and one of the staff (O.J.) tried to pick a fight with me in front of my little 9 year old daughter. I didn't back down, stood my ground and when he didn't follow thru with his threats, I requested to file a complaint with the store manager (Margorie) who threw me out and called the police on me. Why your staff hostile at me because I needed a plunger to fix my toilet? Haters...they need to be reprimanded and your employee oj needs to be fired. Introduced to the right person who doesn't care, with that attitude, antagonizing customers? Ya'll could have a real problem at your store for no reason other than you need to hire those that are qualified with halfway decent people skills. I will never shop here again and will tell others not to because they may be treated unfairly or could easily get into a fight if they do.

I love dollar tree! Stuff is the same as in Wally world but not the name brands and everything is a dollar.it is mainly cooking things,food,school stuff,and paper goodsI go there to buy things for my place and when I go out of town.

Only reason it's two stars is because our cashier was super calm in a stressful situation. Her manager though was rude and super unprofessional to a couple different customers in line. Closing shift today.

This store is filthy and disgusting. I couldn't even get down several aisles, there were products all over the floor. Product was misplaced (if even on the shelf). I cannot believe corporate allows this! Avoid this store- the one off Grindstone is totally the opposite!

Wow this dollar tree had way more craft stuff than the other 3 dollar trees out my way .i gotta go back tomorrow to look more . The craft area was a complete mess but they have a lot of stuff to choose from.

Best place in the world to grab a million and one things for $1. First time in this location and was able to easily find exactly what I needed. The manager was great and she made my experience that much more enjoyable!

Best place to get holiday decorations, simple craft supplies and cards! Great selection, roomy aisles, friendly staff. I believe they also fill helium balloons for parties, etc.

I love the Dollar Tree, I always go in with the intention of buying one or two things, only to come out with a basket of things. It's fun, like being on a treasure hunt, they always have something new and different.

The store is nice, my only complaint, which has nothing to do with the store, are the sketchy homeless/mentally ill people that hang around outside the store. One of them was even sitting on a bench in there smoking a cigarette.

Great selection of christmas decorations, crafts and misc stocking stuffers! Love the motion activated snowman and Santa that plays music and does light show 😁.
