I saw pictures on Google of the wonderful succulents they had to offer at Como Grow Supply so I made a phone call looking for carnivorous plants for our 5 year old kid. Even though she didn't have any for sale Heather still helped us out by offering a baby pitcher plant from her mama plant! Once we arrived Heather and Bozzie greeted us and remembered our phone conversion. She immediately started interacting with our kiddo and showing him the plant. As a parent it was so special to see someone interact with him and make him feel accepted in an adult store where most children would have been ignored. A big thank you to Heather and Bozzie and we can't wait to come back to visit!☆The baby pitcher is doing really well and has new growth!

Highly recommend! Just stopped in for soil for my houseplants and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful! She went into detail about ingredients in each soil mix, offered to mix something up special if I needed, and just went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Lady that helped me today, was nice, personable, offered lots of Information to me on products for my exotic tropical plants, acknowledged there are more ways to do things (love people who feel this way!! A+), they were out of a product I was looking for so she offered to give me a trial of a comparable product to try and make sure i had what I needed to upsize transplant a few plants I needed too! Offers to special order things I was looking for. Great customer service! Thanks como grow!

I went to grab some potting soil and met Heather, who I found to be exceptionally helpful and kind. She was also a terrific informative source about things to help me have better results with my houseplants. She also several recommendations for succulents, which I've always struggled to grow and gave me a few tiny starts of some of hers. I will absolutely return here for more products and advice in the future! Excellent service, pricing is more than fair!

Went to the store the other day and the guy turned me away real rudely, which blew me away because I done talk very good about this guy to my friends who have to buy stuff from these stores. First off I’ve never been around a more cute well behaved and straight up SamUrai dog than that Mr.Bear. I just set up my commercial account with CoMo Grow Supply and I couldn't be happier. I've used several other online companies and these guys have the best pricing and by far the best customer service. They have excellent suggestions on how to make my projects work more efficiently and keep me from spending money I shouldn’t on things I do not actually need. Thanks to CoMo Grow Supply, I have more time to work on my business, and I always end up under budget on my project. The owners are hands on and extremely knowledgeable. Over all Great vibe. simply cannot beat their prices, location, selection, and oh lets not forget…owners tom and heather are SO friendly and eager to spend their time and effort to help and explain(this is the best part! their prior 5 star reviews are spot on) … That this kind of customer service is almost shocking in this day and age! i usually prefer to shop online because brick and mortar store employees don’t usually offer any additional wisdom/knowledge above my own— totally different story with Como grow supply, as they have the experience and credentials informing any advice they are giving. I almost never write reviews, but I feel compelled to write this and shout out to the world that they should really consider patronizing this small Columbia business because they are the REAL DEAL in terms of touchy/Feely customer service!-dee

This is a great shop for all your plant needs. I am new to hydroponics and the shop attendant was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and gave several recommendations for what she thought would work best for my system. The shop dog/mascot is great addition to the whole experience. Highly recommend!!

If you go anywhere else you are crazy. Prices are good to average (they price match!) but the knowledge that they share is priceless. I came in to start my kit and stayed under budget while also getting more advice than any video I had watched. Will 100% be coming back.

We LOVE shopping here! Not only do they offer competitive pricing and a wide selection of products, but the staff is incredibly helpful, well informed, and willing to share their experience and knowledge to help us to get the most out of our garden. this place is amazing! As soon as you walk in the owners say hello and ask you what you’re here for and what project you’re working on. They offer multiple options so you can choose what works for you best. They have an awesome event and class schedule so you can learn new techniques and skills to bring home so you can expand and adapt your own growing experience. They’re also open to suggestions for classes and product. I’ve never been to a grow store so dedicated to their expertise.

I've been meaning to do this review for a while. Great service, great customer service I cant complain at all. Even with the equipment I didn't have they showed me the right things to get and how to apply it for maxium potential. They even constructed a system exactly for my budget.
