I have not had the greatest of interactions at this location before the new name. Today made that all go away. The manager was very helpful in finding the belt for my mower even though I didn't have part number. She went way above and beyond what I really expected. I'm so glad I went there and was able to shop semi local instead of Amazon.

These guys are great. Once, I accidently ordered from an out of state Bucheit, and the manager at this location helped me get it straightened out.They are also very helpful with grabbing my dog's food so I can easily grab it up front and pay for it.I have a disability and they will bring his food to the vehicle to assist when needed.You guys do a great job. Keep up the good work! 👏

Buckeits had the Dewalt equipment I was wanting at a good price and with a free ($180 value) battery. To top it off I purchased it on a Wednesday so I received a 5% old man discount! $360 worth of equipment for $170. Can't beat that! 😄

I wanted to love this store as I'm not a big fan of tractor supply and Orschelyn. I purchase about 5k a year in different livestock feeds. It's chick season and they have been out of chick feed the last three weeks even though they are selling chicks. Several of the other feeds I've bought have been out of stock. How can you run a feed business when you can't reliability stock feed. You can't quit feeding your animals just have to go somewhere else which isn't great on livestock. The brands they represent are great. Tractor supply never runs out. For the store being new it looks run down. Many of the outdoor plants are struggling due to lack of water. Very disappointing.

Good place to shop for pet and farm supplies. They have a wonderful selection of products, and they carry more than pet and farm items. Customer service could be a little more friendly.

Ava was the cashier, she was very kind to the gentleman in front of me. However I didn't receive the same service. Sh he asked if I was a member I said no, she didn't ask if I wanted to join and didn't speak besides that. Made me feel like I wasn't a valued customer. I hope it was a coincidence that the gentleman in front of me was of opposite race.
