Purchased a new couch in September, happy with the couch but not with the service I received. When the customer representative rang up my purchase they failed to include my 12-month no interest on the Big Lots credit card. I have tried to rectify this by going back to the store on 3 different occasions and talking to the credit card company. The credit card company says it has to be done at the time of purchase; therefore, I can pay it in full or pay the finance charges. When I went to the store on 11/3/2023 at 12:10 PM there was no one on the floor to assist me and one lonely checker. The customer representative that rang me up isn't at fault as this is a direct reflection of the poor leadership of the store not making sure their employees are trained to execute their promotions.

It is always hit or miss at Big Lots. Christmas so picked over you would think it is the middle of January. Still I found a few socking stuffers and some baking supplies.

Big lots...what is there to say. Well, they are a friendly bunch, though there are times when good humor may evade their countenance.Suffice it to say that many good buys exist there; it's worth stopping in somewhat often.Recent update: their pricing has begun an upward spiral; new prices have not made it to the shelves, thereby creating enough confusion to assay possible purchases... everyone budgets. Good luck...Consider the holiday weekend that is coming up. It might be a good sale time.Check frequently for sudden markdowns on the bigger items, and always peruse the clearance areas. You might just find a find.Hey, recently, we found that many, many items have had price adjustments on them...interesting.

The employees at big lots are always very nice and down to earth. I think the only thing that could be worked on is the cleanliness of the store. The shelves are organized, the surfaces are just very dirty; it makes you not want to touch anything. For the quality of the products I feel like most of the items are not worth the price tag, but this is speaking for all Big lots and not just this store.

Went inside to pick up some batteries. Was instantly greeted by staff. Found a really nice flatware set and the batteries we came in for. Went to checkout and the same person who greeted us was very friendly and efficient. Nice job Big Lots!

I lllllooovvveeee Big Lots! I can order off of the website, call the store to find a particular item, and when I visit the store I find everything I NEED+more. The strong men help me put big items in my truck after I buy online for curb side pick up or buy while I'm in the store. If I buy on the website+have it shipped, I am pleased that it doesn't take forever to be delivered. I've never returned an item so I'm not sure of the return policy.

Stop looking elsewhere for furniture! This is THE best deal and best customer service in town! I purchased a sectional in October and was in multiple times because I’m indecisive. Every time I was there I had a great experience. The furniture is great quality too(Broyhill). Today I just purchased a second sectional for my theater room. Again, excellent customer service. Did I mention that many items they have in stock for you to take home that day? If they don’t have it in stock they will call other Big Lots to track one down for you. Also they get trucks weekly, so the most you might wait is a week or two. I was lucky that both times my items were in stock. Other furniture stores in town are quoting 1-7 months before the furniture will be in. Save yourself the stress and save money and buy from Big Lots!

Large rotating selection of stuff, some furniture as well, all at low prices. You know exactly what you're getting, there aren't any hidden features. If you're buying furniture at Big lots, you're there for the prices. You get what you pay for, at least it's new.The staff is super nice, never have any issues finding or reaching items on shelves.

I often go here versus venturing into Walmart. They have everyday essentials plus things for the home and furniture. One stop shop!

I end up spending more money than I intend and more time than I intend when I go into Big Lots I love it there finding an employee to help you is very beautiful but once you do find me employee they're very helpful. Have a great selection of things but yet when you think they should have something that fits into everything else they carry they don't have it and it's frustrating. However they do have everything I mean Furniture cooking supplies dishes I mean you name it they have it and you just really can't beat going in there saving money and getting what you need and it's really a great place to shop the things that you need and save money while doing it so that's a place I go first before I even try to hit a place like Walmart or in the other major store for necessities

Bought a 300 dollar table there this week. Took a few hours to build. Once we came to the table top we noticed a huge break on a corner piece. Called and talked with Heather. She was rude, kinda acted like she didn't care, but would help us. We didn't want to bring the table back because we had no way to. Called the next night. Talked to a great manager named Josh. He was super nice, you could tell he worked hard as he was getting carts when I came by. He give us a bistro table fi5r the damage. This was so so so amazing as I thought I would have to fight the normal negotiations. He restored faith for me in big lots customer service, product guarantee, and all around good management of the store.Thanks Josh! !

Got a couple of very reasonably priced twin mattresses. Josh was very nice and helpful as was the person at checkout. We arrived close to closing, so didn't get to browse. Definitely going back !

Products are mediocre, at best. A lot of the same products/ quality you'd find at the dollar store, most from CHINA. I *used* to shop here weekly and was very understanding of their policy to not take returns/ exchanges during the pandemic. However, after multiple attempts to exchange 3 items, I was told I'm unable to return and/ exchange them without the receipt. Turns out I brought the wrong receipt for the shower curtain I'd bought at 1 of my previous failed attempts to exchange. I'm done with the customer "service" of this store. All I wanted was to exchange for store credit , as most major retailers will allow. I'm not spending anymore money here. They dont value their customers and heck they never ring up the clearance items properly anyhow.

I don't know if it's just because Christmas just passed but the counters at Big Lots were alarmingly bereft of merchandise. It used to be a nice place to pick up quick incidentals, I hope we're not losing it.

Delivering here is a joke. Blind side backing off a main entrance/exit to the strip mall, which is divided by a median that’s too high to hop. Ramp is very antiquated with concrete barriers. You MAY have a foot on each side once in. Takes longer to get backed in than it does to unload. Staff is courteous, though.
