I will attach pics of him before, the inspo pic, and the final cut below. The explanation was that his hair was so matted they had to go this short, but I comb his hair with an Afro pick so I know it wasn't bad enough for this outcome; poms just have a dense undercoat. I like the lower legs and the face, but the thighs and body were basically shaved, super close, super choppy, not blended at all. It’s so short at some places you can see his skin. I went here cuz it has all positive reviews, and this may just be a one-off, and everyone there is super nice, but I shouldn’t have been charged for this cut.

I had brought my GSD in for a bath. The staff loved her, said she was so well behaved from doing her nails to giving her a bath. She looked so good! So clean! Will book her with them next month. Thanks

I booked an appt to have my dog groomed in advance of a big trip. Everything was confirmed and fine till I got a call the day before saying they have to cancel because they don't actually do big dogs on Saturdays. I don't normally leave reviews but this really was unprofessional and I wish they hadn't booked me in the first place. Would highly recommend double checking your appointment before using this place!

I’ve been taking my dog here for a few years after going to another place in town. My dog always looks good, smells good, and is done on time. The price is also reasonable and my dog is excited to go each time. He has anxiety and isn’t the best client, but they do great with him. Definitely recommend.

I took my Cavapoo pup to Shane today for the first time and he was phenomenal. Previous groomers always told me they were not able to groom my dogs face due to him moving too much but Shane had no issue! My pup will be 1 here I a month or so and I regret going anywhere else for his past grooming. Chewy was happy after the experience. Which is a huge plus. Thanks Shane! Dex loves Brittany... he finally is cool about going there and actually happy going in voluntarily. She has fine tuned his cut and style over the last 4-5 years we've been a customer and we always know how he's going to look when we pick him up.

Disappointed with our recent hair cut. Oliver is 2 years old and this is the worst hair cut he’s ever gotten. Had to laugh about the shaved tail but seriously I hope no other dogs get the same haircut. We did ask for short hair but didn’t expect it to be so uneven and unprofessional looking. It’s just too expensive to be getting haircuts we have to fix ourselves. It’ll take months for his tail to grow back.

First time coming here and could not be more disappointed. Asked for a bath and trim on just her whispy grown out spots and she is totally butchered! Her ears and head are totally chopped! Seems like no deshedding what so ever, she has tons of hair coming off still. Pretty sure she had no water in over 6 hours as she got in the car whining for her water bottle and drank the entire thing which has never happened before. Charged $85 with no breakdown of price and had to pay and tip when I dropped her off. Very disappointed and won’t be returning. See after pic and before pic. Worst haircut ever

I took my Fur Baby there for first time, she came out wet, they did a terrible job. Her paws were not trimmed. Her haircut was so uneven. She was so traumatized she vomited all the was home.They advertised they do all these things, she looks terrible, not to mention charges were $73. Don’t go there.

I've taken both of my dogs to All Dogs-N-Cats since I believe 2015! I have a Shih Tzu-Poodle mix and a Terrier mix. They both go to Ashley, and she always does such a wonderful job!! My shih-poo can definitely be a handful with her nervous temperament in public spaces, but Ashley has always been welcoming and takes care of them both! Definitely recommend :)

My dogs hair was so uneven and patchy. There were some parts that the fur had been shaved off all the way to the skin and then in other parts it is way longer. I asked for it to all be shaven an equal length and it was not. I am seriously embarrassed to take him out in public due to how bad it was. I also felt like it was a little expensive and not worth the money I paid, for it to look so bad. I hate writing a bad review but I cried because of how bad it is. I, unfortunately, will not be returning back.

I have taken my two dogs here several times now to get nail trims and have never had any issues. Nails always come out looking good and my dogs are always super willing to go in and get it done, which means it must not be so bad! No nervous shaking like they do at the vet. I will continue to go here for nail trims

I take my toy poodle here, and he has had a great experience every time. Shane is our groomer and does a wonderful job. There are other groomers in Columbia that are awful and left my dog feeling extremely anxious, so I have that experience to compare. He's never been that way after I've picked him up from All Dogs-N-Cats.

I never leave a google review unless the service is EXCEPTIONAL and All Dogs N Cats is that! My dog Maple has severe anxiety and hates getting her nails trimmed, but All Dogs N Cats does whatever has to happen to accommodate her needs. Madison always gets the job done fast and correctly!! Cant recommend them enough!!🖤🖤

The last two times I’ve taken my k9 here, nail trims are poor and I have to finish the nail trim at home, and my k9 is still shedding hair comparable to before the appointment. The first time I brought my k9 into this business, the k9 looked great after the appointment and was shedding less considerably afterward. I am assuming groomers are just lazy and a customer should not have to pay the amount of money for poor quality work. I’m finding a new groomer, All Cats n Dogs lost my business with their poor quality of work, lack of standards, and consistency. Very disappointed because I figured someone was just having a bad day and enjoyed the convenience of drop offs and pick ups. I do not recommend this business.

I've been on the hunt for a new dog groomer ever since my terrible experience at woofs play, All Dogs-N-Cats were able to get me in on short notice. Shane was my groomer, he was kind and caring with my two mini schnauzers (who have severe anxiety). My dogs looked so handsome when picked up, I let him know I was in healthcare and he was more than accommodating for pick up times. Don't hesitate taking your dogs there!

Sue was rough with my cat and ruined my trust! I dropped my cat off, and as always, asked Sue to check his teeth, give him a shave, a bath. Etc. Thank goodness she forgot to check his teeth otherwise I would've never been able to see for myself how they treat cats there! She HAULED my 20 pound cat up from the back of his carrier BY HIS HEAD, upside down, to look at his teeth. As astounded as I was by this it got even worse when she YANKED HIS JAW DOWN using the skin on the bottom side of his jaw. I witnessed it myself!!!! My cat, Ranger, is the sweetest, most well behaved cat you'll ever see in your life. He loves everyone and doesn't know a stranger. He did not deserve to be roughly treated this way and didn't even want myself and my boyfriend touching him for several days after coming home from this place and he normally LOVES all the cuddles. Boyfriend even noticed something was wrong before I ever said anything about what I had witnessed. The appointment was on a Monday and our vet still couldn't even touch his ear area that Friday without him being super head shy. I will NEVER take Ranger back here. I'm ashamed of her behavior and am astounded at what I saw. What professional does that?! I'm even more sad that Ranger had to go through this a few times before I found out. I'm so sorry little buddy!

I'm so glad I brought my dog here. I recently adopted a dog and I was nervous about getting him groomed at a new place since the last place I took him to wanted to sedate him just to shave him! My dog can be very nervous at times, but he has never been aggressive with anyone. I made an appointment to have my dog groomed by Sue. She did such a wonderful job and my dog seemed to warm up to her fast! She gave him a bath, the cutest hair cut, trimmed his nails, etc and all for only $42. I will definitely be bringing my dog back here and recommending this place to all of my friends in town!

We recently rescued a dog from the shelter. We took him in for grooming and a nail trim. We specifically asked for notes from the groomer because we didn't know how he would handle this situation. When we went to pick him up there were no notes and no one could tell us anything. He was still wet, his collar was on 3 notches to tight and he evidently had received no water for the 5 hours he was there because he drank 2 full bowls as soon as we got home. We will never use this place again.

We've been bringing our dog Hazel (a Border Terrier mix) to All Dogs-N-Cats for over two years. We have always been treated with care and respect. And Hazel is always so proud to show off her haircut. It's obvious that they treat her well. Not to mention that they've been flexible about our schedule a number of times. It's a great, affordable, and caring grooming shop!

Bandit, my handsome shitzu needed some good attention to his grooming especially around the face. I have gone to a couple different places and no one has done a awesome job like Melissa has. The price is so reasonable. But the atmosphere tops that. Bandit was relax, and enjoyed the ride home showing off his new look. Thanks Melissa for making Bandit looks and feel TOP DOG.
