I needed a small high powered fuse for my tankless water heater. The other stores didn't have any and neither did lowes. This place had several different ones. They have an extensive amount of products here. If they don't have it they will get it. Such nice people, it's like dealing with family.

Website claims paint match to Sherwin Williams. Drove 30 miles in the rain with photos of the Sherwin paint code and mix tags for the paint I needed. Clerk said he could not do a match claiming different manufacturers' bases had different amounts and he could overfill. Nonsense. I worked at Home Depot for 9 years and continued to buy for the next 8 years, using Sherwin's paint code and never had a problem getting a Behr match to any color I wanted. So much for Westlake in Clinton for my paint needs. Unhappy from Lincoln.

Hardly had anything on the shelves and no one even came to ask us if we needed any help even though 2 staff members walked by us and didn't even acknowledge we was there the gentleman running the registers was super friendly and helpful though

I stopped by to get 2 nuts and 2 bolts and 10 cinder blocks. I had to stand in line for a while because the woman in front could not figure out how to use her debit card. Then I get up to the register and they wanted me to walk all the way back to get the price for them! If you want to sale it then put a price tag on it!

People who work there are great they are very nice and is helpful as they can be however the store itself used to have a much higher selection of things it used to be a one-shop one stop hardware store but it has been lacking its former luster and selection

Last night we stopped by to pick up a few specific hardware items, carriage bolts, nuts etc., that were needed for a project. It was late, and this was one of the last stops before heading home. Rather than having to walk all over the store, the sales associates were very helpful. They knew exactly where to locate the pieces we were looking for saving us a lot of time. And this shouldn't be a shocker in this day and age, but they were both females.

Business was good for my local Westlake Ace store on Wednesday--Several customers. I quickly found what I needed and headed to the checkout. A gentleman in front of me was buying several plumbing items. A missing barcode on one of them meant that everyone in line had to wait while an employee found the price and barcode number. This took a while. Then it was my turn to checkout. The same happened to me! An item was missing a barcode! This is a nice, neat, clean store, with friendly help, but both checkout accuracy and speed need attention.

Tried to use curbside, ordered, paid. Never notified me that items were ready. Called the next day was told their computers don’t work right. Waited while it was pulled. Went to get it. Two phone calls and 40 minutes later it was delivered along with an angry vent about they were busy and I bothered them. Disappointed

They have a little of everything & the staff not only went out of their way to see if we needed any help but knew exactly what aisle things were on! All we had to do was ask about any item & they would tell us what aisle it was on, where that aisle was located in the store & if we wanted/needed them to come with us to assist us. I was amazed!
