Need to fix there inventory, drove all the way there for a Simpson pressure washer that their website clearly states they have just for them to tell me, "if there is none on the shelf, then we have none". they didnt even check the back. and i cant even get the item shipped to the store because there website says they have one. If they care enough to read this i need a simpson 3400 psi pressure washer SKU:1740464

Don't buy lawn mowers here! They don't do warranty work and the places that do won't work it if you bought it from tractor supply. I bought a cub cadet last year and now have problems and can't get it fixed. I'm out 3k

The store was clean and organized. Several out products in a few aisles such as the dog toys, but overall stocked better than other locations I have been to. The staff was friendly. When checking out I was advised not buy a product. Then when I came back in to return the cart two employees were sitting at the register on their phones. Other than the checkout it was a good shopping experience.

Cart club member over here! I'm one of those people that see a buggy out randomly in the parking lot and I will grab it and put it away. I can't help it. It's a little pet peeve of mine since working at a grocery store on the past. But it kind of made my day when the associate at the register said thank you for bringing it back in the store. She had a short line and she took the time to tell us all how thankful she was for our patience. It's easy let impatience turn people's mood sour. Getting a laugh and a smile from shoppers shows me you care about the customers. Keep up the good work!!

Went in to see what was there. The employees were helpful. I was asked several times if they could help me find something. The selection was good. They had a little of everything. We found the cat food we couldn't find anywhere else. They also had fingerless work gloves that we will try.

There is something to be said about a friendly smile in every aisle, that's Clinton Tractor Supply.Here everybody seems to make you feel like a neighbor, well, the neighbor ya care about, not the other one.Clean store, great prices, sale items all the time. And the quality of the goods they carry is top of the line. Always leave as happy as I am to walk in.Tractor Supply here in Clinton Mo is a great thing for our town.Thank you .

I Being of small stature,needed help carrying some trimming I needed to finish a trim job I was working on at home, but before i could ask for help, two guys that just stop what they were doing, and I mean I was capable of making the trips back and forth to the truck but they just lifted the wood planks right on up and took them up there for me. They didn't have to they didn't even work there! They were just customers being nice! I'm not even pretty, I'm not young, I'm not old so I couldn't figure out why they would be so nice and then I realized, I'm in Clinton mo. that's why😍

They have noproblem with you bringing you pets in the store. No shade in a big parking lot. I have always found what I'm looking for easy. Good prices compared to others stores in the same area.

Assembly poor, parts falling off front deck after 1st 5 mins of use. Fix it myself because of.hassle.Kimberly who sold it to us excellent service.front deck psrts fell off hex nut, hex nut wylok, deck lift pivot cup. Rod end cap. If mower performs good again might buy again.

We stopped by to look at their dog kennels when we were greeted by an employee, Jared. Super nice, very helpful. We went back a couple days later to pick up the kennel and the manager was gracious and helpful as well. We like our new kennel very much.

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite stores. I love the variety and all of the neat little things that I find that I must have for my farm. This Tractor Supply is no different. What made this a 3 star instead of a 5 star is an employee who seems to be always having the worst day of her life. She was rude and acted as if it was such a bother to help me. The first encounter was in Christmas Eve and I had come I to pick up an online order. She was in a terrible mood and made sure I knew it. While she was helping me (which she didn't want to do and was implying that I would just have to come back after Christmas), she took a phone call from the employee at the front counter and was rude to that person also. I blew it off thinking it must be from the crazy last minute shoppers. I told my sister about it and she said she is always that way. I found that out for myself when I went back a few days later and she was no different. I understand that people have bad days but if that is just your personality, maybe you shouldn't be in the field where good customer service is expected. So besides her, great store.

Since moving to the area about a year ago, I have frequented the store many times. Over all the experiences are good. Every now and again I have to hunt someone down to get a question answered but the staff have always been friendly and helpful.Edit: we've been in the area for 3 years now and TSC is still my go to store for farm type supplies

The cashier Margaret was so rude to me yesterday. I'm pretty patient but she rolled her eyes at me and sighed just because I said I had a return. Then rudely asked "WHY?", I researched on their website prior to make sure I was compliant. In front of other customers she treated me very unprofessional. She never apologized. She was rude to a customer on the phone while helping me also. I may shop elsewhere after feeling like I was unwelcome there.

They are always friendly and helpful. Most of all they always let me bring my fur baby in. And they give her a treat. They always come first, Due to they are pet friendly and the cashiers do talk to you. And not act like a robot.

We were traveling through at night and got a flat from a metal screw. Stopped by this store (Clinton, MO #2124) as all tire shops were closed. It was about 15 minutes before they closed and Jared (employee), along with another citizen, helped me get a plug kit and inflate the tire in short order. They were very nice, and extremely helpful.

The tractor supply company itself has many items well worth the pricing. However this particular outlet lacks some of the standard customer service skills. Today I went looking for something that I'd already found online and I knew exactly what I wanted but I had to ask 3 different people where in store it would be located. I then was sent outside to look in the front of the store and did not see the item there either so I had to get back in line again I paid for it and then they said they would have to get somebody to go out to the parking lot inside their gated area and I walked out there and had to wait about 10 minutes before someone actually showed up. And Even though it was still morning , it was rather hot already. This was not the only time I have had a similar experiences at this particular tractor supply store in Clinton Missouri. I've had better Service at the Belton Missouri tractor supply
