I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I called to ask about a purchase date for a pair of defective shoes so I could send them in to sketchers and the MANAGER hung up on me. She said I was yelling at her which I most definitely wasn't, recorded calls confirmed that when I called cooperate. I told her she had alot of background noise on her end and she hung up on me. When I tried calling back she wouldn't answer the phone and then when she did i asked for the manager and she said " I am the manager" and put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I will be taking all of my business elsewhere. Which sucks for them because I spend alot of money in there

A pair of Juicy tennis shoes were on clearance but only had a couple of sizes to choose from. The ladies told me I could order my size even though they were on clearance. Surprising. Staff were knowledgeable and nice. Clean store. Several name brands

I was looking for some Van. They don't sell them anymore. The high corporate is not letting do Nike either. The customer service was really nice. She let me know that from the corporate.

I enjoyed visiting Shoe Sensations store in Clinton, I have came in many times and the staffs are so helpful and friendly. Everyone always has a smiling with warm welcomes. The store is always neat and tidy, and have very clean bathroom too. Shoe Sensation definitely picked have the right manager for the Store, Miss Sarah has a great attitude, and she is always so positive, friendly bubble and even gets on the floor to put on my shoes. I have even seen her play with the kiddos so that their mother's could shop a more hassle free. I have seen help carry out bags for the older ladies that with walkers.Thanks you,Sarah Trahan
