My basement flooded when my floor drain backed up. They stayed within the original quote for price and worked until the problem was solved. Came out same day I called and even had ti return with more equipment the next day. The repairman was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely call again with any plumbing issues. Had my first plumbing inspection with Sherman yesterday. Plumbers arrived on time, were very professional, efficient and respectful of my property. My second story, 12 year old hot water heater needed to be replaced, something I had been dreading. I couldn’t believe how quick and painless this process was. During the rest of the inspection, repairs were made as needed plus, I was given very useful information. I felt that their prices were inline with the national average. I will be renewing my contract. Thank you Sherman for a job well done.

Highly recommend Sherman Plumbing & Heating. Steve came right out to my home in Warsaw and was very knowledgeable of all of the Trane systems and warranties. I order a replacement of both Air & Heating. The price was what I expected for a quality Trane system. The units had to be ordered and once I was notified of the delivery the install team was out in a few days. They arrived as scheduled on time and immediately began working and completed the install that day.I contacted Steve the following day with one concern and he agreed it should be looked at. The following morning the installer was out first thing, looked at the issue and made the necessary adjustment and apologized for the concerns I had. I will be using them next for a hot water tank replacement . Rick

They are totally unreliable and don't stand behind their work or their warranty then want to come back and charge you for milage and parts, and freon when the Brand new unit they sell you is defective plus the gas to come out and service it, stating parts and the Freon when your Brand new unit is defective stating that Freon is not covered under the warranty and neither is their mileage or the gas.

I had Sherman's and another company give me a quote on a new heating and cooling system..Steve showed up that afternoon. He took the time to look at everything and asked a few questions.The next morning he had my quote. Him and another guy came by , went over everything...gave me some options.I had another company do a quote...took a few days. The quote was not itemized. That I thought was strange.I called Steve, told him I wanted the work done...and with a couple of days. They were at the house with the equipment and the next afternoon...done.Sherman's price was a tad higher, however....their work is top notch. The quote was very thorough..No mess...professional...and I'd like to say ...thank you to Steve and to the other guys for a job well done.

Quick to come diagnose issues, my system is less than 10 years old. They came out Thursday morning said compressor was bad didn't have the part in stock and had to wait till Monday. A newer system should have parts available and not have to wait. The staff was very friendly.

I talked with Steve. He was professional and helped me resolve my problem quickly. His workers showed up the next day and pulled more rags from the line that they had removed before. I do believe the lines are full of these rags. They also helped me and gave me a number to someone who can look at the lines with a camera. I tried 5 different plumbers with promises to show up and they did not. Shermans came immediately. I was so impressed! At almost the same time my Heating and cooling system went bad. Right in the middle of the heat wave. Steve the owner came out and looked at what needed to be done. His guys were super professional doing the work and left the place spotless and got the job done way before I thought they could get here. I am super impressed with this company. I have had the opportunity to use Sherman’s Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in the past and when our AC started acting up I reached out to them again. In my initial call with Steve Hadley (Owner) he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. The next day he sent out a friendly & professional Tech (Curtis) that confirmed the initial diagnosis as a leaking A-coil. Although we needed to order a new one, he was able to recharge the system which allowed it to operate effectively until the new part arrived. A week later another outstanding Tech (Brad) arrived with the new part and got me up and running in minimal time. On top of all this, Steve reached back out to advise the part (which was very expensive) was under warranty and I only had to pay for labor. This family owned and operated company is as good as it gets and I highly recommend them for your Heating & Cooling needs.

My husband and I recently bought a home in Clinton. We were having issues with the outside faucets and called Sherman. They were very prompt and clear when I called about how they charged and what all might be involved, and I really appreciated that! Chris was the service man who came out and looked everything over. I was expecting to have to have some work done, but Chris figured out that all it was was a lever that we didn't know about that we had to switch over, and that was it! He was wonderful and patient, and all we had to pay was the service call. I will definitely and always be using this company in the future.

Extremely satisfied with new furnace and AC installation. Matt and Ryan completed install in one day. They both hit the ground running and never let up. Matt and Ryan were very knowledgeable of the equipment taking time to answer any questions I had. They kept me informed during the install. Sherman had the best price and top of the line equipment vs other bids I received. Steve the owner is customer focused. I plan on using them for not only HVAC but also any pluming needs in the future. Each employee gives you the impression you are working with family members. Contacted me within 24 hours of referral, had appointment to replace 2 bathroom sinks/faucets within a week, even though this was a holiday week.Dakota and his apprentice called before their arrival, were very efficient and explained everything. I now have "A Guy" with Sherman's for all our plumbing issues! Had an ancient hot water pipe blow and leak all under our house. James G (HOOAH) their Master Certified Plumber came out and made it right! He didn't spend much time on conversation and gets right to work. As a prior serviceman I appreciatedthe hustle! Excellent work with replacing more than I expected and priced amazingly reasonable. Just make sure you communicate articulately with the main office and follow-up with their scheduler the morning of. We have been with Sherman's since 2005 when they installed our heating and cooling system. We have no complaints about the service they have provided us. Rory has been coming twice a year to check the unit to make sure we are ready for summer and winter. We just had Curtis come to check the dryer. He did an excellent job, explained things and is very personable gentleman. We have always recommended Sherman's.

Had them come service my HVAC system because I had no heat in 21° weather. Found that the HVAC system was fine but my thermostat was not working correctly. Rewired a thermostat and the cost of the thermostat the call for them to come out and the repair was over $400. A Honeywell thermostat at Walmart is maybe $35 to $40 yikes
