First I just wanna say that people need ta stop complaining about the Samaritan Center n it's Staff. We should all be thankful that they take time outta their own personal lives ta even try n help others out. So what if they take some things home with them, they are the ones doin the work so that we may be able ta get some help or find something we may need. So with that being said, Y'all out there griping n complaining about the Staff at the Samaritan Center I say grow up be Thankful they are there !. Greed is ugly but the actions of the people is even uglier. I support the Staff at the Samaritan Center. Remember they don't have ta do what they do n as volunteers they don't get paid so by all means they should be more than welcome ta take things for themselves or their families. God Bless the Staff at the Samaritan Center.

I don't like that the staff go threw everything and take all the good stuff first. Like I witnessed a woman bring a pure gold ring in to donate and they never put it out for sale they put it in their pocket. I do like going here for toys or maybe bed sets if they have them when I go. They may have a few big items of furniture if the staff didn't take them home first.

The man that managed the store, I think he's name is Tom. He is so nice and sometimes will deliver after he gets off work. Mostly someone older or with in close in town. Thank you for all you do for this community 💜

Just went looking. Wanted a "half baker's rack." They had a few appliances, bed frames, and some furniture. Like a normal second-hand store, they had plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, lamps, lamp shades, clothes, and plenty of miscellaneous. Loved the selection.

We have been rearranging the sameritan center and will be putting out new items looks really great swing by and see us we're open Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 2 hope to see you there

Great if u aren't homeless I took a friend in there he infront her many times he was homeless and she informed him many times if he didn't have light bill or rent receipt with his address she wasn't helping him he's blind almost and can't hardly walk he told her off cuz she embarrassed him so much and she kicked me and him out guess I was standing to close to him and I didn't say nothing but I was put out to watch that girl she's protects her meal . I'm ashamed of that place now

The Samaritan Center has wonderful employees and volunteers. The store is very clean and organized with new items coming out daily. Great deals on Christmas in July also.

They have lots of great items from games to glassware, books and clothing as well as some collectibles/antiques. Definitely a go to place for thrifty shoppers looking for unique items. Stock changes frequently.

The Samaritan Center is a place for people that are of low income or have fallen on hard times. It's a food pantry where you can go and sign up for some groceries to help you with a little extra food. The people who work there are friendly down home folks that are there to help you out when you need it. You're allowed to get your food once a month and the amount you receive is based on how many people that are living with you. You must have a picture ID, a bill with your name and current address and proof of income. It's a life saver if you ask me!

Treated wonderfully by most staff. Wait was shorter than expected. Recieved nutritious food (and a few goodies). Plenty of fresh fruit. Toilet paper. Shampoo/conditioner. Body wash.

I feel a lot of the prices r jacked way up to high for a thrift store the prices r like walking into Walmarts new prices something's r good priced but like a used divan with dog hair all over it n dirty n a price tag of $175 wow if it'd been priced closer to around $75 it will sale faster yes I know what the money is used for but the items have been donated to throw center n 95% of the ppl that shop there r poor ppl n need a good item but can't afford it there's even ppl that work there that say if the prices were more down to where us poor ppl have to live more items would sale n not set there on the shelves for days other than that some fun ppl there to b around B shes a hoot shes good to b at the register n Tom is a good manager only thing I c bad is just some of the to high priced items.

Didn't get a receipt for my purchase. Cashier was adding everything in her head rather than ringing it up and she was rude and a little on the hateful side. I spent nearly $50 and received mean looks and unfriendly service.

I have donated big amounts of farm fresh eggs and the last two times i have been by and donated the eggs, the staff were rude and hateful. I will no longer be donating my eggs or any other food products to the food bank!

Its an amazing store and the workers are so sweet but make sure to wear masks to protect the elders!!!
