Rocky Top Hearts is a quality dog breeder and trainer. Her animals are extremely well cared for, clearly part of her family. The facilities are very clean and sanitary as they should be. The dogs are healthy, clean and well fed. They excel at working and agility, but most importantly are great family pets. I highly recommend Connie and her fur babies to anyone looking for a healthy quality working dog or pet!!!
