I love the people in Ace Hardware this evening! The 2 ladies were very friendly and my helper Tristan went out of his way to find a bolt that I found out that I didn't even need. It was for my back hatch window on my vehicle. And he offered to fix it for me so I wouldn't need to buy a torque screwdriver. That's so sweet and awesome! My back hatch window on my vehicle had been duct taped and gorilla taped since October of last year. So for him to offer to fix it was truly a blessing from God and him. The employees tonight are amazing workers! Date 3-9-23 around 5:30pm.

The store manager (Desiree) is always professional and handles business. When things don't go well or you have a less than great experience she goes out of her way to get it corrected. My experiences with her have changed me from an occasional customer to a loyal customer. No more big box stores for me. Her professionalism has made me a customer for life. Helpful. Answers any questions you have. No matter if I need 1 screw, not or bolt they help me get the right fit. I seem to need to go there several times a week. Hardware stores are my favorite places to go.

The staff is ALWAYS GREAT. If I have a question about a product or project one of the staff is always eager, at least willing to help me. 🙂 The manager stands behind his word and the products they sell. Can't ask for a better store in a smaller community.
