This store started as a 2-star for me but soared to 5 stars thanks to outstanding customer service. During my Christmas shopping, I encountered a pricing issue in the electronics section. Despite Tim, the team lead, initially refusing to honor the online price, Sara and another associate stepped in, resolved the situation, and completed my transaction. Tim's strange attempt to intervene couldn't overshadow the great service provided by Sara and the rest of the staff.

The phone system at this wal mart is pretty shady, can't ever get through to the right department and always rudley putting you on hold or trying to 'transfer' the call.The bushes, trees, and landscape of this wal mart look abandoned and uncared for, the grass is pretty much dandelions or dirt. No seed, no round up.

I found an abandoned baby in a shopping cart and called 911 to report it. The workers treated me like I was a criminal! They proceeded to take me and the infant child into a small room on the north end and shut the door and question me as if I had something to do with it. When police arrived the 2 workers holding me in this tiny room didn’t want to open the door until I told them they needed to and I had dispatch on the line still. Some not all night shift workers have horrible work ethics.

Did have as many options as the near a big city, but very nice and clean. Staff was also surprisingly friendly and helpful.

I'm not sure why they don't have the customers unload the trucks and stock the shelves too, that way the employees have even more time to visit and/or talk negative about people. I really wish we had more shopping options so I never had to return to this particular store.

Great bargains. Great service. I think that we are very lucky to have Walmart. so many businesses are shut down and not running so it's nice to know you can go somewhere and get just about everything you need. I think Walmart is doing a fantastic job under these conditions.

The cake decorator was awesome. She made Stitch cake for our 8 year old super last minute. We are from out of town and on our way back from the Kansas City Zoo. She went above and beyond to make her birthday extra special!!

It was a quick experience. Only needed 2 things- coffee & chocolate. I used self check out. It's convenient & fast, but I don't like workers standing around doing nothing, high prices for less product & u have to do all the work. Especially when regular check outs are closed & no choice but to use self check out.

I will give the checkout lady in her 70s 10 stars. My mom who works at Wal-Mart in Boone IA sent me money. I'm a truck driver and I am far from home. I got my tanker endorsement on my CDL and they took my plastic license and gave me a paper temporary legal one. This Wal-Mart won't let pick up my money because my license is paper and I had cards with my name at least 6 or 7 different ones. I even gave them my phone number and my mom's name who sent the money. Its not good enough for them. I picked up money in Wal-Mart in Topeka KS with my legal temporary CDL. I deliver what people want and need and to be treated in this manner is a shame. There are red and blue fibers in the paper my temp CDL is printed on. You CANNOT counterfeit it. Remember folks. IF YOU BOUGHT, IT A TRUCKER BROUGHT IT. If we all stopped for 1 day it would shut down this country's largest companies 2 days....... You'd be out of toilet paper, and a lot more. Be nice to us and give us room so we can bring you the world. All I know is that my temp CDL is legal. I need my money so I can eat and take care of myself while I deliver to Wal-Mart's around the country and more. The cashier was awesome. Customer service......sucks! P.S. MY PICTURE IS ON MY TEMPORARY CDL AND THERE IS A WATERMARK BUILT IN. AND NOW MIKE THE STORE MANAGER APPROVED IT THE FAT MEAN LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WONT HELP THE ASSISTANT MANAGER GET INTO THE COMPUTER. SHE FLAT OUT SAID "IM NOT GOWNA DO IT" HER STORE MANAGER SHOULD FIRE HER FOR NOT COMPLYING WITH HIM. HER NAME TO COME LATER.

The damage was done on the other side. They showed us the front driver side. Yes my husband said take off the cap off of the lugnet. They made it sound like it was one. When we got the car outside. We seen it and took pictures. Blamed it all on us for the guy bitting a screwdriver and hammer and messed up our rims. Was there for 3 hours and had to go get the main guy 4 times. Finally he put someone else to finish. That guy did it in 5 minutes with no damage. My whole family will never buy anything from Walmart again. We have always support Walmart. No more.

Only picked up new medicine order. It was ready for pickup quickly after ordered by the doctor. This Walmart Pharmacy provides really good service. I'm glad we are using them now.

Worst store ever!!! Dirty bathrooms, no paper towels. The self-checkout stalker stands two feet away from you. She wouldn't even get out of my way when I was trying to leave.

Never will i ever shop this location again , or walmart or sams club ,the employees have no common sense, prices all popped up different on the items we tried to purchase then the manager look at us like we where liers , no one should be treated this way supporting a store this wealthy nor should we have to wait and argue with anyone, the price was marked as stated , its not rollforward prices , 14$on the shelf, rung up 34$ and the tag said 22 , walmart tried to rip me off , thanks walmart

Used self checkout and it told me that and error had occurred and it couldn't authorize my card. Had to run it again. Now Walmart is charging me $131 twice for the same transaction. So if it happens to you I suggest you just leave you

Whichever customer service person was working 9/25 was acting extremely rude and hateful when asked a simple question. I walked in the store doing great, having a great Sunday, and walked out disgusted. If you don't like your job, quit and find a new one but do not take it out on your customers. You are in a position where you have to have good customer service skills and if you cannot do that you should not work there. I know that losing my business isn't going to affect anything, but if they lose any chunk of business it'll affect them. And having a rude customer service rep will do just that. 10/10 do NOT recommend

Had an oil change done and there were finger prints all over my windsheild and steering wheel. They took off my engine covers and lost them and also left an oil mess all over the engine. I would take your vehicle some where that has people that know what they are doing and/or cares about other peoples property.

The employees plus managers are very rude and disrespectful. No one in customer service knows how to pick up a phone when customers call. I asked one of the employees where an item was and they just pointed in a random direction. When I got a manager she did the same thing. Obviously these people need to be fired or a better education on customer service.

We drive a little ways but our walmart never has the deals they have plus its for sure where I take my car to get oil changes. It maybe a bit of a wait but it's great for shopping and find deals.

#1 shopping store! Always convenient and stocked full! The staff and workers there though could learn to be more customer appreciative and DEFINITELY REMEMBER THEIR MOTTO! "CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS #1 & CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COME FIRST!"
