A store that caters to American farmers but sales so many products that are made in China makes no sense to me. Would a farmer or rancher want me buying more food from foreign countries or grown in USA? Wake up rural America!

Orscheln had more hunting and fishing equipment. This is more of just farm supply shop. Prices are higher and less amount. If this is what it's going to be like I'll shop else where.

The store advertises mulch on saleThere is signs outside in front of the mulch 4 bags $12. We went to pay for 8 bags they wanted $37.89 I told them there is a sign that says 4 for 12 she calls the manager. The manager says well we will take the sign down. It is not that price the sale is over. This store in Chillicothe Mo does not honor the price of the sigh and advertising. So we went to Walmart got the same mulch for $19.88

Usually very pleased with Orschelens. My family and I shop there 2-3 times a week. This spring ( March - May) my daughter and I had bought several baby chicks and then they stopped getting in chick starter food so almost all Orschelens employees recommend feeding all flock... Needless to say we lost over forth baby chicks along with money. I finally got some starter feed and saved the last 20. Now I hope to figure out where to get more chicks. We learned a valuable lesson NEVER switch the feed.
