2 dryers, 1 year. Both junk. A piece of the drum fell out in my hand over a month ago (dryer is 3 1/2 months old) Your warranty is a scam. Already a month in waiting to get the dryer fixed. No ETA on having it fixed. You have lost my business. For good. And you have earned a terrible review on every platform that I can give one.

Kerri the “supervisor “ told the cashier that was currently assisting me to go to another register and check out those other customers. We moved lanes to check out and I asked that cashier what the person in the green shirts name and position was and the cashier was hesitant to say. Not a good thing when your staff is afraid. Went to customer service to get name and position.

Ordered online and order was ready in less than 30 minutes and it was towards end on night. I went that evening because it was ready so I didn't have to wait until morning. Very happy with service.

It is all self checkout. What happened to customer service. If they can pay someone to stand at self checkout to make sure you don't steal their products; then open up the lanes for checkout with people. It is very unpleasant to check myself out. I am not a Lowe's employee nor do I get a discount!!!!

Very disappointed in Lowe's. We bought all new appliances and received them Saturday which was fine but we thought they hooked them up and was told they would take the old dishwasher with them which we paid $50 to do. They brought in the refrigerator and put the door handles on the brought in the stove push it back against the wall and left it. Then they brought in the dishwasher and microwave left them in the middle of the floor didn't even remove them from the boxes. We wasn't told we were to take the old dishwasher out so they would take it. We wasn't ask if we wanted them hooked up we just thought they did that . Plus we feel Lowe's owes us back our $50.

Bought 2 items and wanted a paper receipt. Cash register computer broke down. Took 25 minutes and 3 supervisors to fix it. Normally great service

I went here yesterday. I bought a house built in 1890 and it needs all new electrical. I don't know much about the topic but wanted to see approximately what the costs of wire etc might run. I could not find an employee in that department so I went to the customer service department and asked if they would please call someone to help me and she said yes. There were two girls and they were just standing there and did not call anyone. I waited in the aisle where the wiring is for about 15 minutes and then went back up and again asked them to call someone. A man about 50-60 came to yhe front counter and I told him I wanted to get an idea of what I might need. He said, "I have no idea". Then said I need to contact an electrician and they would tell me what I need. I said the house is 3100 square feet and built in 1890 and you have absolutely no idea what wire I would use of approximately how much wire I would need. He again said I have no idea so I left. I will never ever go back here or any Lowes. He could have given me a few basic information but instead he said I have no idea. Never again!!!

If you need cabinets this is the place to go. They have a employee (Fenton) how is super amazing at understanding what you want as well as getting you what you need. I’ve used him for several different jobs and have all faith in the designs he puts together. He has helped us adjust things and makes them more user friendly. Thank you Lowes for have such a great staff. If you see Fenton. Make sure you wave and say hi. He has the best personality.

Bought a fridge from here. The delivery people called out sick so they used a third party to deliver it. They completely skipped over us and went to do the rest of their deliveries. When the store was called to figure out where our fridge was, they had no clue and were super surprised that we hadn’t gotten it yet. A few minutes later we were informed that the delivery people had an hour to get to us or their pay would be significantly reduced. They got to us within 45 minutes and were extremely rude to us when they brought it in. Yet when we bought a stove from Lowes…the original delivery drivers were there and delivered in a timely manor and were super nice. The only problem that we have had with lowes is the third party drivers that they hired for our fridge.

Don't come to this lowes if your skin a lil dark horrible experience person at the pro desk was not professional did not know how to work their system manager was just as useless couldn't pull up the pro account verify the authorized user (drivers license) not walk off and say she trying to verify authorization

This lowes had the best customer service of any I have ever shopped. They were attentive and knew their store well. Each one of them knew exactly where to send me. I was very impressed!! Would drive about any distance to shop with these folks.

This store is always clean when I go in people are for the most part nice and very helpful. It would just be nice to see veterans get a discount on Lumber that is my only negative.

The more experienced staff are pretty helpful alot of the younger people can't find stuff any better than I can but I guess that's to be expected this day in age.They still sell some decent craftsman tools.I feel like their electrical and drywall screw selection is a little weak.

Really don't appreciate how they do business at this lowes due to the fact that there where some items that where mark down that we said we would get that morning went to go pay for them then a employee called up there from the back saying they where pulling them off the floor they couldn't sell them. So we came in the next day which was today to find out they sold them all after we where told they where not selling them that supposedly came from the store manager kind of funny business they run.

If you need help finding something here it's not hard to find assistance as opposed to ace hardware where they literally follow as soon as you enter the building up to the register. If lowes employees was as knowledgeable as ace hardware about the products they sell I'd give them 5 stars. If ace hardware didn't hover over customers like they are shoplifting I'd give them 5 stars. I'd take it personal but they do it to everyone that shops there.
