What a great place! Definitely stop there if you're riding your bike on the Rock Island Spur. It's so much better than a Casey's or something similar. This store has a nice area with tables to sit and eat at, a clean bathroom, and friendly people working there. Highly recommended.

I stopped by the corner store two times this weekend, once on my bike ride from Pleasant Hill and once on my way home. Both times, I found the store open and attended by one of the owners. She was very courteous and accommodating both times. She even filled one of my water bottles with ice and fresh water for free. There is a public restroom there and a small, air conditioned dining area. What a great resource for Rock Island riders. Just head into town from the trail head about two blocks. Take a left by the church and the store will be on your left about a block down.

Awesome place to stop if you're a bikern, which I am. Love too make it a regular stop when I'm in the area. Please try it. They really cater to bikers and runners along the Rock Island Spur Trail. Love it!!!!

Nice folks serving the small community and trail cyclists on the Rock Island Trail. The only place on to get food and water that I know of on the trail and glad they are there. Haven't tried the little café yet.

A superb stop! The food here is good and priced right! They are super friendly here too. If you don't want a hot freshly cooked meal, they have plenty of snacks and supplies you can load up on as well.

Great place for this small town and prices are not bad for as small as the town is. Just off the Kattie trail so ride down and visit them grab a drink and eat one of their awesome sandwiches. BLTs are best I've had

My first time eating here, had a delicious spaghetti/meat sauce lunch, with salad & garlic toast. Bikers on the rock island trail should come for breakfast or lunch

Just what we needed and wasn't expecting it. End of a 65 miles ride, offered to refill water and open the town restroom. Showed us where we could camp. Super friendly guy with it

Small dining area, but great hospitality and wonderful food! A must stop if you are riding the Rock Island Trail and need some food, coffee, or a water refill.

Free water and ice for cyclists. Have limited hot food and package food items. They also started carrying tubes, levers, and Co2 for cyclists. Nobody made you go to Chilhowee, but you're there now and this is hands down the best you're going to do for many miles.

There is very little in this town. I am grateful this little corner store/cafe are in this location. They are closed on Sunday but they are always so helpful and kind.

FYI to cyclists... Besides having needed snacks and drinks they'll provide ice and water to refill bottles AND... THEY HAVE TUBES etc. for flat repairs.
