Thank you SO MUCH to Team Leader Lady!!!I had a return and Customer Service was not staffed due to personnel shortage. She saw my frustration and took care of my return quickly and efficiently. She shared that staffing was low but that she took her position seriously and her goal was to be sure folks left happy. She definitely met her goal! She turned my day around and I am grateful😁. Please know that Lady is a GREAT ASSOCIATE and a credit to the company!! And the hug helped too!!❤️. Thank you Lady! I will remember you! YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE 👍

Not one cashier was working on a Saturday morning. Self checkout with kids is not ideal. It took me twenty minutes to checkout. Milk had spilt on some of my stuff. I had to ask for help since no one offered. Plenty of workers standing around doing nothing. Went to leave and a worker at the door wanted to check my receipt. Took forever trying to look at my items in the bags. She then said see you next time and I informed her that I honestly don’t want to come back after today’s experience. You want to check my receipt like I’m stealing or something. Walmart if you don’t want stealing to happen don’t let us check ourselves out. Or start paying me to check my own stuff out.

Worst Walmart I've ever been to. All registers were pretty much self checkout which were filthy. They were out of or did not carry at least five things that I always buy atmy local Walmart in Lake St. Louis, or Wentzville.Rude worker at self checkout who essentially insinuated I was stealing. I won't shop at this location again. I would drive out of my way to go to a different Walmart.

I met the nicest lady while trying to exchange my led lights at the customer center, her name was nature and she was the most helpful anyone has ever been at target. She was very nice and understanding and deserves a raise, Walmart needs more employees like her!!

We were there the day after Christmas checking out the Christmas clearance, and the first cashier had our ticket all messed up and kept ringing up an item that I had just requested a price check on. Then another cashier came up, and she was not a CSM and said very loudly will their card not work. I stated if we were trying to pay, our card would work, but we were just trying to get a price check. The store was busy, and her actions and announcement was embarrassing. I should have gotten her name and reported to a manager, but I couldn't even find a manager to report the issue to. I will not be back to that Walmart. All of this was just because I had requested a price check on an item that I couldn't find a price on.

Pickup orders under $35 incur a $6.99 fee even with Walmart Plus. Lately, for orders under $35, I just go to Target and pay 1 to 2 cents more on things that I buy. Walmart is good for things I can't buy elsewhere. I got Walmart Plus during the pandemic for pickup and/or delivery. Maybe it's time to discontinue it. I'm not getting my money's worth. Especially when I have to pay an additional $7 for pickup orders under $35.

Location features massive open self-check areas with oversized scales that partially wrap around the checkout area. There is I do not believe a normal full service register at this location, that might only be the service desk. Otherwise for the most part this is a normal Walmart supercenter.

if I could leave zero stars I would. this Walmart is full of racist employees who get off on treating others like trash. I wanted to order something from the deli and the white female worker made eye contact with me several times and continued to work, ignoring me. I stood there for up to five minutes before I just left. Horrible establishment.

Had a reservation and drove 25 minutes to get there only to be told they can't do it - all their bays are being cleaned. Why did it let me schedule the reservation then, that wasted 50 minutes of my time and a lot of gas, and I still have to drive on the donut spare tire. Very frustrating!

I took my car in to this Walmart this morning for an oil change. The Auto Center Technicians greeted me as soon as I arrived and were obviously very happy to answer the questions that I had about the services that wanted done to my car.I was initially greeted by “Darryl “ and then, after a couple of minutes, “Greg” took over taking care of me. I was amazed by the sincere friendly, courteous, and professional way that Greg talked to me. After the first few minutes of talking with Greg, I knew that I had come to the right place to have my car serviced. It convinced me that someone who was that sincere and professional when talking to the customer would be just as professional in servicing my car.Although I live in Florida, I visit this area many times during the year and I get an oil change and tire rotation on every visit. As a retired Judge from Florida with over thirty years of Judicial service, I’ve learned that you can’t evaluate someone just by WHAT they say, but you also have to consider the WAY that they say it. Greg was outstandingly great no matter how you measure him. In my opinion, Greg is a definite asset to this store and convinced me that this is the right place to have my car serviced when I am in this area.Sincerely,Judge David L. Levy,

If you order online, expect one or more of your items to be unavailable after your order is placed...EVERY.....SINGLE.....TIME. Seriously flawed inventory system. I have tried multiple Walmart locations and they are all the same. This is fixable as it does not happen this often at other stores. This latest order substituted three things and when I got the notification, I got on immediately to say no to what they picked for the substitutions and while I was reviewing them, I got the notification that my order was on the way. I tried to chat with my delivery person and asked them to take out all substitutions with no response. The good thing is the returns are easy.

I usually enjoy this location however 9/16 the lady wearing glasses with the Strabismus issue working the self check area was so caught up in her phone I was getting her attention to fix an item that was priced wrong she came over like I was an inconvenience to her personal time. I understand phones for urgent issues but scrolling social media while customers are requesting assistance is pitiful.

Went to the jewelry counter for earrings and nobody was there. Ask an employee washing by for help, he went behind the counter and called over the speaker for help in jewelry. Nobody came. We waited awhile then asked another employee. She said that who ever works the fitting room helps in jewelry, so my husband went to fitting. There was nobody there. He waited there for awhile and nobody ever showed up, while I waited in jewelry. so we left.

Today I attempted to give this store another chance. How hard is it to get a battery for a van? Was informed twice that they do not carry the size that I need that is no big deal. They called Sam's after I explained that some carry different items. Imagine that, I was right. As I was leaving, that same person asked to see what is under the Hood now so he could look by comparison. Guess what, they have the size I need. While waiting to have it installed, I decided to look around for Christmas ideas, a Wii specifically. There are plenty of games for one but no systems. I watched and listened to one manager talk to 3 others, 1 of whom work in electronics yet neither could take a moment to acknowledge me shopping. I went to get name and number for district manager which is to be located at service desk. No names or numbers. Now I question is that because I spoke to store manager since last stop here? My guess is that he is a liar just as the people that hang out here for a paycheck are useless when it comes to customer serviceLast night my wife and I were checking out in one of those self checkout lanes. While I was scanning things, the system had a malfunction that I was not aware of (A pause). So, I still was going through the process of checking out unaware of this. A lady came over to inform me of this so I basically started over. No big deal right? As I was rescanning things, another came over and became very argumentative with me about this. She stopped just short of saying that I was trying to steal from there. As I continued to scan things, there then became 3 standing over me. This ALL was unnecessary as it was THEIR system that screwed up on its own. How nice would it be if Amazon took over Ghetto Mart?

If you're going to have your lawn and garden doors open you need a cashier. You need to start carrying larger plus sizes you literally had maybe three racks out of the whole woman's Department that had plus size clothing. And most of that was the 12/14 which is NOT plus size!!!!!!You have so many Associates there that can't speak English so they can't help customers

This establishment is certainly good, but it's worth noting that it doesn't offer a wide variety of options. If you're looking for a more diverse selection, you might want to explore other Walmart options in the area.

Absolutely the worst Walmart in St Louis area . Managers are completely the most useless group of management period . It is clear Walmart corporate is ok with incompetent management just remember Amazona has better prices better quality merchandise and if u have issues unlike with the Walmart corporation Amazon will fix problems they cause with customers unlike the people representing their stores are failing and its a consistent issue with the Chesterfield valley super-center . Horrible place

Door greeters didn't greet me as I was entering or leaving. The store seem clean. I prefer to be checked out rather than do self checkout. Walmart is forcing us to use the self checkout with only one checker.
