Been shopping here for 15+ years. Almost always great customer service! More recently, I've noticed that there simply aren't enough cashiers to keep up with the growing lines of customers. I use the self checkout option whenever I am able. Unfortunately, they've recently reduced the number of items that you can use self checkout for down to 10 items per person.

Fabulous grocery store with just about anything you need! Very clean, organized and well kept store! Has a deli, bakery, produce, seafood and frozen foods sections that is top notch! A pharmacy is also available. Self and regular checkouts available. Full service customer service counter for various needs! Plenty of parking! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! Prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend shopping here for all of your grocery stores needs!

This Schnucks sucks. It makes absolutely no sense that the self check out is 10 items or less. I am 8 months pregnant and had maybe 12-13 items in my cart. There was a line at the normal check out and absolutely no one at self checkout. I went to self check out and started on a machine and the employee made me stop and go wait in the other line. If you’re going to make people follow that rule then have more cashiers.

What is with the locking wheel shopping carts upon exit? ! It has happened to me twice on the rare occasions I shop in your store. Does this catch people steeling? I’m not steeling and won’t be back. I’ve experienced too many bad customer service experiences at this location. You’ve forced me to your competition.

The older gentlemen working in the Seaford Department today was incredibly rude, for NO reason; and needs to be fired immediately. He doesn't even try to be polite OR courteous.Other than that, awesome store! Would have gladly given 5 stars, but the Seaford Department ruined it.

Normally buy a cart full of groceries but had to limit it to 10 items to go through self check out. Didn’t want to stand in the line for full service check out. Have always loved Schnucks but may need to go elsewhere.

They have the best pepper jelly at the specialty cheese counter. We used the strawberry habanero jelly to glaze on salmon! Phenomenal!!

Decent store with ok prices. Staff is usually pretty cool, but they usually are understaffed. The bakery people are hardly ever around and they don’t have a good bday cake selection to just walk in and pick up. I usually have to go to Dierbergs if I want decent cakes and pastries.

The prices are good and the quality is there. Just wish the employees were a little friendly. It's a bit uncomfortable shopping. Years ago the staff was fantastic. Now it's like customers are an inconvenience.

As expected for a Schnucks. I choose to go to Dierbergs over Schnucks anytime I can. I've been to this location a couple of times to buy flowers for my wife because it's on my way home, and both times the customer service has been disappointing. The woman that appears to manage the floral shop is not friendly and always seems annoyed. However, their flower selection is good, so if you go just don't expect the friendliest encounter.

Indeed a super center. Impressive kosher selection. There are many Schnucks in the St Louis area but here you can get kosher bread and a lot more. Easy access from Olive and about 60 seconds from interstate 64, you can shop here with convenience even if you dont live close by and it's just on the way.

This is my neighborhood Schnuck’s and I love it. I won't get my produce anywhere else. Their produce department is such high quality.I also love their meat and seafood quality and selection.They have outstanding employees and customer service 👏Shout Out to Tom, the Customer Service Manager, and Mark. They have worked at Schnuck's for years and are outstanding employees and individuals. I appreciate and value their hard work. Retail is a hard job. I hope @SchnuckMarkets provides all of their workers with a living wage and health benefits especially with the current state of the world with mutating Covid-19 viruses.

This is not about the employees because they are the best .Scam alert any thing that is marked on sale is not it will ring up as regular price and it clearly states in there policy that if it was marked in error they will not honer the advertised price and if you try to take it back they will only give you the falsely advertised price

My complaint is solely with the deli. I like my deli meat sliced very thin. Yes it takes longer to do this but I put my request in on the iPad and I go shop and I wait patiently for it. When she handed it to me she said, “it takes too long to slice and there are people waiting”. Seriously? You are paid to slice meat in the deli which includes slicing it the way it’s requested. This treatment has happened over and over and I haven’t gone to the deli in almost a year because of it. First time trying again and the same treatment. Truly shocking. I told the manager on duty and he said he would talk with the deli associates and have the general manager know also. Really disappointing and this was someone that’s worked there a long time, not a young new employee.

I am amazed at how nice the lady at the balloon and gift center at this Schnucks was! She couldn’t have been more lovely and the other employee was beyond delightful as well. Breathe of fresh air! I got two balloons, cupcakes for my open house, some xmas decorations, and the entire experience with the gentleman at checkout was 👌🏻👏🏻!

You get what you pay for, and what I'm saying is that the quality of food items are outstanding but pricy. There are no long lines whenever we shop there and I'm assuming it's due to adequate staffing and planning. Let me point out that there are no empty shelves.

Everything was clean, selection was great, and most of the staff were nice and helpful. There was an older lady at checkout who demanded that I put my groceries on the belt in the order she wanted me to (produce first, frozen all at once, etc). She had a bagger who was great at her job and was more than capable of bagging those items together no matter what order they were rung up. It made me very uncomfortable and this has never happened to me before. It shouldn’t be the customer’s job to do that. They have a big bagging area where they can separate the items anyway. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location....

I'm in here several times a week. The deli and meat counter are excellent. I wish they'd have a better selection of hot peppers in the produce area, though. The people are all friendly and helpful, and the process are reasonable.

Called their bakery on 03/31 to.make sure they are taking a cake order for 04/09. They told us yes when we went their on 04/01 guy at the Bakery was so rude he didn't even bother asking us when we want it, just told us we are not taking any cake orders and left. I told him about the phone call and he said it wasn't him. Only bad experience so far but my 10 year old was not happy.
