We’ve been shopping at this PetCo for a few months now — it’s always such a lovely experience! Our GSD puppy LOVES meeting all the friendly workers in between picking out treats + toys. The first time we stopped here, we were picking out a bed for Skye. She got to “try” all the beds, carefully snuggling up until she found the perfect one!What makes PetCo even better is their satisfaction guarantee (even on treats!) and PalRewards points system. To top it all off, the products are high quality and built to last. Love shopping here!

I like petco more than some other stores always clean and very friendly staff. They keep good stock on everything I need as I have a variety of pets. Good selection of stuff for dogs, fish, and reptiles. Also a good selection of new fish. This store has a pretty decent selection of saltwater fish as well. I even found my bucket list pet in Jackson Chameleons.

Today I was served by Sam (fish section) and she was extremely helpful in finding me the right thing. I also appreciate the cashier's demeanor. I will give five star. Will definitely go back as they are friendly, hospitable and professional. Very informative experience. Keep up the good work!

All the associates I dealt with in this store have been very helpful, very knowledgeable and go out their way to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchases. of all the stores within driving distance of my apt. this store is the best. I have had interaction with Sabrina on several occasions and she has always been very helpful in all of my purchases at the store. The manger of the store Peyton and Alex has also been very helpful. overall this is the store I go first to make my purchase due to people that work there.

Casey and Alex were both very helpful, and Casey even stopped during her break (without any discussion about being on her break, no less) to help me find a replacement food for my dogs since our regular food was being discontinued. I greatly appreciate her patience as we went down the aisles of dog food, checking ingredients and comparing prices, until I found what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the various brands, and I left with a much more nutritional food for my dogs at a reasonably comparable price.

Associate was extremely helpful with answering my questions about freshwater fish! Online order was ready for pick up in less than an hour, which was awesome and allowed me to more quickly get to work on my fish tank. Definitely shopping at this location again.

Everyone I have encountered at this store seems genuinely interested, passionate, and knowledgeable about animals. Anything from first day-new dog-pee accidents, as you're hoisting an XL orthopedic bed for your new forever friend, to refitting harnesses correctly while you check out, the employees I have encountered have always been there at the exact moment I need assistance. The most helpful retail experience I have ever had was with an employee at this store, I believe his name is Shane. He was above and beyond polite and helpful, and remembers my dog every time. I hardly write reviews, unless I am completely blindsided by true customer service. Thank you, Shane!!

This location in particular seems to have a really well appointed staff. I never have to look for someone to help us find what we are searching for. In my experience with other locations, that has definitely been the case. We found some really great toys for our dog at exceptional prices here as well.

WOW They have improved significantly. Whomever is now running their pets/fish really has their act together. I hope he's paid well. We were in there a few months ago, and I was hesitant to go back. Today, I was pleasantly surprised! A+ Keep up the good work!

Fish tanks were not in good quality. Dead fish were sprawled around the tank, and the employee did not pay much attention to it at all. I enjoy buying pet supplies here as the prices are rather cheap. Employees are also there to help you.

Some time ago I didn't feel welcomed by Petco employees but I have to say that the last several times that I have been to your store I have been treated great. We just adopted two rescue kittens so we are making a lot of purchases and your store is 2 miles from our home.

This review is for the grooming department. I called at 8 am needing our dog groomed the same day before a party. Kevin managed to squeeze her into the busy schedule and she was ready in plenty of time. He also accumulated her special needs. Thank you Kevin!

I appreciate the polite, respectful and welcoming behavior of the staff at chesterfield store. I have been a loyal customer at petco for years now and Chesterfield location is one of the best. Prior to it , I used to shop at Kirkwood location before its closing. I do appreciate the effort and professionalism of the staff at chesterfield, the marine specialist, Sam and and former marine specialist , Brandon are always very knowledgeable and helpful. This is my closest pet supply store but they don't carry my pets food and requests to carry it haven't been fulfilled. However they carry the good pet waste pickup bags so I come back every few months to stock up.

Diana does not know breeds and traits very well. We adopted a puppy from Diana Grove, she could not tell me the breeds in the puppy that I adopted! My puppy had a very dominate trait, was dominate to my 11 year old Dachshund. My Dachshund is my service dog, and the puppy would not leave her alone for the 2 months. I had the puppy Dollie May for 2 months and she was dominate to my husband and myself, the puppy bites got blood each time, she would even jump and bite. I think Diana should have knowledge about the puppy, and she should have not kept our $300.00.

Before you spend any money in this store, or any Petco anywhere, please do your homework. The live animals they sell come from breeders that operate in the same way that puppy mills do. This is according to a PETA investigation dated 1/20/16. After reading of these horrors (there are videos that are to hard for me to watch) it is clear to me that Petco is not the place to go for anything. Please buy from local reputable stores and please rescue unwanted pets whenever possible.

This is very well maintained and clean store. It is a little smaller than most Petcos. The staff is helpful and friendly as well. Parking is plentiful here.
