This evening, I was a mystery shopper at this Chaffee Food Giant.With the Walmart app in hand, I scanned items throughout the Chaffee Food Giant, and prices here are significantly more costly than Walmart.Also, in the Chaffee Food Giant meat department, we found a fresh meat product with active (MOLD) growing upon it.We did bring the meat product to the attention of staff.However, the staff seemed reluctant, not quite sure what to say or do about the (TAINTED) meat!

Horrible service!!!!!!! They Sell bad meat. While in the store many racist comments and swearing coming from employees mouths. Called corp. Heads up!

Love this store. Even more, since scott city has no grocery store. Their meat is always good with a big selection. The deli is soooooo good and their staff is super friendly. It's also very clean and always organized and stocked.

Great 100% employee owned company. They have special pricing deal on groceries changing every week. I shop here often for good meat prices. Thanks

The managers are awesome. The workers are very nice and helpful. People go out of their way to help you. The deli department is delicious. The store is clean, prices are wonderful and people are always smiling. Out of all the food giants I've been in, this one is by far the best

Love Food Giant. Friendly people. Meat Dept always has the freshest meat and great deals. Being on a fixed income, theses specials really help out.Always friendly people. If you can't find it, ask! They always know right where it is. Hiring people as well.....short handed.

Store is about the cleanest and nicest of any Food Giant stores around. Plenty of parking never a problem to find a shopping cart. Prices could be a little lower. But, they always have what I'm looking for. All in all, a pretty nice store.

This use to be an affordable grocery store but prices are now so high u would think u live in California. Decent store, just to expensive for ur household.

Cashier could be a little nicer to the customer she is checking out. Not act like it was a issue to check the customer out, even if the customer has a question about how much the price of something on their receipt is. Also whenever someone says thank you, the polite thing to do is give somekind of response back NOT just turn around & walk away. Have a good night.

The staff here is friendly for the most part. The deli is awesome for a quick meal for my family when we don’t feel like cooking or going back into Cape. The only downfall is the prices, everything is overpriced. They do have a good selection of items but you might have to cut off an arm to pay for them.

We are lucky to have a store this nice in Chaffee. Management runs it well the staff are very nice and helpful. Rain checks always honored. They smoke meat on site and you can usually buy it cold or hot.

Im very good friends with a few of the employees in the deli and they always help me but lately there has been bad tension between two. I went in the other day and madyson was cleaning while the girl in the back kitchen. Her name i believe is christian or christi (either way shes rude) she started yelling and cussing at madyson. The other two employees were confused and so was i, i was with my younger son getting meat cut. Very disappointed with christi cussing in front of my son! I will never come back here ever again! My name is kim, please contact me so we can settle this! I was to talk to someone professional!!!

This is the best place to buy groceries in Sikeston, Mo. They have the most friendliest employees around. You must visit their deli the food is homemade and is excellent. They habe the best fried chicken in Sikeston and surrounding towns. Stop by and say hi to Carmen if you want to leave sikeston with a smile then you better stop at Food Giant..

I usually have a decent experience at this place but when the cashier looks like she would set you on fire with her eyes and then snatches something from your child's hands because she's doesn't feel like being there, that's uncalled for! Get a new job lady if you aren't happy!

Prices are outrageous price gouging for sure cause it's a small town store. The pick 5 for 19.99 isnt bad, the burger meat on it will go bad quick so cook it or freeze it as soon as you get it.

Prices are ok, younger checkers are mostly interested in checking their phones or chatting with each other. When I reported a rude young cashier to a manger he literally rolled his eyes at me!

Itsa clean store but my personal experience is That employees fir the majority are not very friendly. I also have problems with their deli meats being fresh. This is the store on north main.i also tend to find items expired
