Normally I would give it 5 stars but their A/C has been out all summer and it's 95 degrees today and close to that inside. I just feel bad for the employees as it doesn't appear that the owners have any intentions of fixing it. I will go elsewhere next time.

Love a small town farm store. People who worked there were very nice. Went in looking for a raincoat for my grandson, but they didn't have any. Walked around a little, the store was clean and well kept.

Asked for the price of two seperarte items, both in which took a combined 20 minutes. My response on the second item was "We don't know the price and don't know where to find it. So you'll have to wait til Wednesday (three days) til she comes in" on top of it all... When we finally did check out at the register, the clerk got our 16$ cart rung up to 84$ and I'm not even sure how that's possible. Overall terrible experience and some of the most incompetent employees I've ever encountered at ANY farm/hardware store.

Worst environment I've ever seen. Was in check out line & one of the female assistant managers was screaming at 2 of the other associates.. I mean actually cursing them out..So I just put my stuff down in the aisle & left, never seen anything like it. And another farmer friend said hes seen happen as well & will not return . Whoever that woman's name is, they better get it under control before they lose more customers.

Is Orschelns has good customer service but their selection is very limited in the clothing department and also and there Farm particularly there limited selection on chicken and fowl selection of feed and things that are associated with them when they go out of season this is a great store for the small town that it is in and the prices are the same as in Columbia or Moberly I recommend this store
