Dr. Fitz is amazing! She gives it to you straight. She is more affordable than vets in Columbia so I drive to come see her. She and her staff are great will all animals. Our dog is skiddish. She gets down on the floor with him on his own time.

We haven't been here since Doc Farmer retired, but the vets and techs that took over are great! They loved my girl Aspen, and weren't scared of her just because she's a Doberman! He was very knowledgeable about conditions her breed is prone to as well, it's great to find a vet that shows compassion no matter the breed. 😍

We have a little one with some medical issues so we've been visiting the vet's office every couple months. Staff has always been professional and so nice. Our pups seem to like it (might be the treats they get while there). Cost for services is reasonable and affordable. Highly recommend for your fur babies.

I have used the Centralia Veterinary Clinic for years. The staff and Dr. Fitzgerald remain phenomenal. One can tell all are animal oriented. My animals are always spoiled with their visits. Everything is well explained as to what they are doing. If decisions are to be made, options are explained with pros and cons for each option. I have learned so much. I have been through some traumatic events with my furbabies and have had some challenging pets. Staff are always supportive and caring. I have been to other vet clinics but none begins to compare with the Centralia Veterinary Clinic.

I used to have some issues with this vet, but the new woman over it is amazing. She helped me a few years ago when I had to have one of my dogs put down. She was so sweet and caring about it. She was also very patient with me. I was pretty upset about having to put him down obviously. She was great. I highly reccomend this place.

We had to get our dogs in to get shots before we go on vacation and our normal vet was booked, so we thought we'd give this one a try, and possibly switch if the service was better..... we called to let them know we'd be a few minutes late and they were very nice. We got there within just a couple minutes and there was a sign on the door to call ahead. Since i had just done that, i was starting to go on in when the door opened and the nurse stopped me and pointed to the sign and said they would need to come get us before we could go in bc they were running behind.... nearly 40 minutes later, they finally came and got us... we do have 2 larger dogs (one a puppy at around 60 lbs, one a pitbull mix around 100 lbs--who is a rescue dog, who lets our 4lb cat rule him all over the house) and they were afraid of both of them from the beginning... we advised the pitbull mix is a gentle giant, he just doesn't like going into places he's not sure about and the nurse stuck her hand right in his face (pretty sure to see if he'd bite her), we were holding him and he has never bitten anyone, but they muzzled both of them which was also fine if they wanted to feel better protected, but they also had an oral medication that they said could've been an injection instead.... the vet looked as if he'd just pooped his pants and didn't seem used to dealing with anything other than a 5lb cat. don't think we'll ever be back but glad they got their shots and their nails trimmed. And no apology for being so late to get us in either, which to me is pretty unprofessional, especially with several people on staff and only one other family was inside.

Dr Fitzgerald was so kind and enthusiastic about my cat. Got her up to date on her shots without judging me for being so far behind. She also called a couple of days later to be sure she was feeling ok and hadn’t had any problems with her shots or flee medication. Also due to Covid they came out to my car to take my cat right in which was a lot easier on her than a waiting area that has dogs and other pets. I might have to ask for this in the future as well

Simply amazing place. Dr Myers and Dr Fitzgerald are simply amazing. Everytime I can my cats there, they make us feel right at home. One of their staff member, Sonia, is super great woth all pets. She treats both of cats like their are her own. I simply cant express in words how great this place and people here are.

I have used Centralia vet for years and now with new ownership you can sometime think things will change bad or good but my recent experience today with two cats and two dogs and having to work with the covid-19 guidelines I was greeted with a smile and left fully satisfied with the care to my fur babies! Thanks again for all you guys do especially during these crazy times.👍

After being a patient of Dr farmers for over a decade, he retired and this place was taken over by another Dr. While Dr Fitzgerald is very nice. The support staff is horrendous. The lack of compassion and tact one staff member expressed recently has cost them a long standing patient. I'm not the only person who seems to think this either. Many people have jumped ship on this clinic and moved their business to other clinics nearby. What a shame to take a business that Dr farmer dedicated his life building, and dishonor his legacy.

DON'T RELY ON THEM!!! We used them for years and loved them. Then we had our pregnant dog go into labor and they knew it was going to be that week and they did not have time to do the c-section. We ended up having to go elsewhere. Year and a half later we called them about two weeks before she is due to go into labor and they gave us the emergency number and said they will take care of her and we can do payments. We got home at 6 pm and noticed she went into labor during the day and called and the vet on the emergency number told us to go elsewhere and she did not care since we were rude the first time!!! Yeah we were not happy but were not horrible about it!!!! We ended up going to Mexico Animal Hospital and will from now on. They are by far a lot better of a vet. We called her and she came from Columbia to Mexico as soon as we called her and was able to save the puppy!!

They really care about my pets. I took my three cats here because they had fleas and worms. I was so upset it happened to them, but the vet worked with me to get them the best treatment with what I could afford. Then today one of my cats got outside for a little bit, and when I brought him in he was clearly over heated. I was quite worried so I called the vet and she gave me advice on how to cool him down slowly and what not to do. She even said I could take him in now or monitor him, and if he wasn't better by morning I could bring him in. I took her advice to use cool damp washcloths and keep fans on him with water available and in an hour he was okay. Most vets would have told me to bring him in for a check up so they could charge for it, but I guess that shows that at this vet clinic they're more concerned about your pet than about money. Jiji, Tidus, Moogle, and I thank you guys :)

The best cheapest vet I've found. They are friendly and compassionate. I called the emergency number when my dog had a stroke and they met me within ten minutes. Good people.
