I wish they would stock this store at night. It's almost always impossible to get around the employees just standing around talking with gigantic boxes etc. No one ever offers help or to move anything so you can shop. They just stand there. They also push you to self checkout and I'm not self checking out loads of produce. I don't work here. You do.

This is a great local store with friendly, helpful people! Great meats & most normal grocery supplies! Also, beers & booze! Always a 5+ except for their produce, which often is not the best.

Always a good place to shop. Always busy, but that's Walmart. The only thing I wish our local Walmart would get is smaller carts for when you just need a few items. Of course, I would really like lower prices !

Ruined a birthday party for 7 children! Had a combined party planned. Set the cake first a noon pick up with all 7 names and the cake was never made. Thank Walmart bakers. Way to go!

If there were an award for worst Walmart in the country, this store would definitely get it. A large majority of the associates are extremely rude and unprofessional. There are some that are wonderful (example: male manager who works night. He’s great! I wish I could remember his name.) Like I said though, many who work here shouldn’t even be around customers. The worst of them are the self checkout hosts. They will make honest customers feel uncomfortable and harassed, while others are literally shoplifting in front of them. I don’t know if it’s a training issue or just a lack of ability to distinguish the two. I spend thousands there a month to be treated awful consistently. They are rude when answering questions and could care less about issues you may have. Having worked for Walmart for a long time… I know how important it SHOULD be to treat customers well! I suppose they missed the memo. If it weren’t such an inconvenience for our family, we’d make the trip to Monett. We have a busy life and a lot of kids!

Went in to get a battery in a hurry. Lady told me they could be fast then proceeds to come out and visit with the worker, telling him all about other customers that came to complain while I sat in my car listening... cant see how her visiting helped speed up the process any... really the cashier should stay inside with the other customers...

In general, I'm not a big fan of most Wal-Mart stores, especially the ones near us. However, I am so impressed with stores in more rural communities. The one in Cassville is one of the best. Love the way their self check is set up with plenty of assistance for those who need it. Associates were helpful and friendly, which was so different from the a-holes in the KC area.

This store is horrible Yee in electronics and his friend that is was funny when I was frantically yelling for my 8 year old who had disappeared. Neither one cared to ask what was wrong or help me look for her. They just laughed after I asked if they had seen her and went to continue looking. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE CUZ THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE AND IF YOU SEE HIM TELL HIM HIW PATHETIC HE IS!

Customer service does not listen. I have been talked over. Looked down on. Told "I don't know" when asked a direct question, instead of "I'll find out" . Then I get aggressively lectured when I did what I was explicitly given permission to do, as the person who gave it didn't bother to listen to the question in full.Do better.Update: This Walmart seems to go out of its way to be as unhelpful as possible. I will say they are consistent.

Clean store, well stocked BUT went with elderly friend and the electric carts were in poor condition compared to other stores in the area. Made his shopping 100% more difficult for him. Store manager didn't appear to understand or care.

What a trashy place ! I have never been more insulted by workers in my life!!! Just spent $500 to be insulted by the hovering cashier who should be checking my groceries out instead of me!!!! I hate how this place makes me feel like dirt because of their stupid policies!!!

Besides having to check myself out and there being a policy about returning air mattresses that if the box is opened, it can only be exchanged for the exact same item. I was told it says this on the box (which I asked where because I didn't see it and no one else could) than I was told there were signs posted everywhere there are air mattresses about this policy. So I again asked to see the signage as once again I had never seen them even when I worked for Walmart. Once again, no one else could show me a sign or a box that said this information on it. We opened our air mattress brand new to find a giant whole in it and idc if they just exchanged it. However, the lying because they thought I wanted my money back was ridiculous.

Always clean, shelf stock levels decent, customer relations absent. Welcome to self service. The auto center here, however, is above and beyond what folks expect from a Walmart car fixin place. Mark and his team took amazing care of my battery replacement in short time. Give em a try. Plus, their pricing does beat the competition.

Went to get quick oil change. Guys were great. Realized didn't have correct phone with us. Stepped back in line and told them that. Don't worry we'll page you. Walked around for over hour. Finally went to automotive. Lady with attitude at counter. Said cars been done for long time. We said we'll we werent paged. She bitc h Illy said we won't do that. Only text.

Just had the worst experience ever there . Was treated like a thief by the teenagers working there. Stood directly behind me while I checked my $600 worth of stuff out . Then at the door when they went over item for item everything in my 2 carts was told I didn’t pay for my dog food . I had to show her where it was on my receipt . Will never go back . I’ve been in a lot of stores and have never been treated so horribly .

Do not work here overnight. The management team are horrible and nothing gets resolved even if you turn it in. Unending horrasment from Sharron and constant double standards. I was punished and placed on yellow for "taking to long to clock out for break" when the team leads like Roxanne do exactly what they yelled at me for.They are unprofessional and drove away multiple new hires do to the mistreatment.
