My daughter and I really enjoy looking at all the cool stuff in the store.I really appreciate how they stepped up during that really cold spell, giving out blankets and having coffee on to welcome those who needed it.When they hear of a need, they are good to post on site to let community help.

Such a cool place to visit! They have utilized the new space very well by organizing it into sections so I can go to a specific area for something in particular I’m trying to find. The staff is always so helpful and friendly and does so much to help those in our small community! Clean clean clean!! Thank you for providing an awesome restore!

I feel they should hire more friendly associates. My kids and I were in the store and I was talking to them and an associate in the room next to us apparently was tired of us talking and started blasting music to the point it was hard to think over it. Right before that there were 2 associates with a cart going up the ramp and I asked my son to move over a little to make room for them and the man responded with I'm going that way. Pointed to his right and motioned with his hand to get out of his way. As if he was shooing away a fly. Really? Customer service has come to this? Perhaps they need a revisement on the propers of good customer service.

Would have loved to check this place out as we renovate old houses and try to hit every Restore we can. We were only here for a few minutes and my 3 yo informed me he had to go to the bathroom. Employees said they had no public restroom, so we had to rush him to the car to find a bathroom he could use. We came back about 30 minutes later at 4:50. We get the kid out again and start walking in and the lady steps out and says they are closing because they haven't had any customers in an hour. Untrue since we were just there 30 minutes prior. They are supposed to be open until 6 pm. Very unprofessional.

A little more organized than it has been. Mostly glassware that is overpriced. I've been told their paint is good quality, but have not used it myself. Not as much in the way of craft items as before, but that may be due to higher demand the past few months.

I have been shopping and donating here since they moved to new location and previously for a number of years at the old store.The staff is always polite and helpful. I have found many bargains and useful items here. I like knowing the money will be utilized for a good cause. Like any thrift store, the selection varies, so shop often to find the good stuff!!

Not impressed at all. I have donated and shopped at habitat in Joplin and Bentonville locations. Both of them are very professional but Cassville I have trying to donate for over a month now. Some very nice items. At first they were just rude, then the truck broke down ( this I understand), then they said they would be here by the end of the week, over a week later I still have not heard from them and now they don't answer the phone. If there was anywhere else to donate in the area I would. I hate to put any of this out with the trash but I'm about to give up on them ever getting it together.

The woman who sets the prices and works up front (older, gray hair, shorter) is beyond hateful! We left the store because of her attitude problem. She definitely lost a lot of money today! We will NOT be back because of her.

They are extremely reasonable they helped me in a big-time in need and was very understanding most definitely better then the last 3 people who used to run it because they were scam artists if I was to make this like 7 months ago it would have been a horror story thank u habitat
