Been to Michael's a few times and never disappointed. On top of having nearly anything you might need, they have to be the nicest people in the business. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out the parts I needed to make an unconventional repair. I had been to 4 other places in different towns and was about to give up. Michael's staff easily helped me figure it out! So happy I stopped in while passing through Cassville.5 stars easy!I highly recommend and will certainly keep them in mind in the future!

A little pricy versus the big box stores, but it is a mom and pop type of place and I'd rather pay the premium than support corporate giants.The employees are very friendly. Theyre more than happy to help you locate an item you're looking for and give you information on whatever you're looking for.I bought some tomato plants from them a week ago and they were around $3 vs the $4 or $5 at walmart.

Just like on their sign, they are friendly folks. They have a variety of beautiful plants and tools that you can find. They have great paints too! The service is amazing, it's a great place to go to if you need any parts or outside things!

The service I received Sunday was the worst!!! The blonde at the register employee #564 was very unfriendly and never greeted anyone when they walked in. She never asked if there was something she could help me find, then whenever I went to check out she was so rude and didn't count the chance back. As soon as I was handed my change she went to talking to the other girl at the register. Never going back.

Needed some largeer clevis hooks. They ordered them and told me they would be in that Friday. I just happened to be in the area around 10AM that Friday, and they were somewhat busy...had a huge pallet of product in the center aisle. They were gracious enough to dig through all the bins of small stuff to find my order.I was in and out in 15 mins. Amazing because they spent 10 min+ digging through all the bins of small stuff.Have been there several times looking for bits to work on my 94A homestead.If they didn't have it, they were happy to order it and normally have it there the same week (depending upon when I ordered it.)3 thumbs up for service!

Michael's is the gold standard of hardware stores in my opinion. They're essential to the community and I can buy bolts and fasters etc individually instead of 6 with a $$$ markup like that one place Lowes. If you appreciate integrity and exemplary service, go to Michael's.
