This is the absolute worst ran location that I have ever experienced! After four horrific times of ordering pizza to only have them “lose” the order, “the ticket didn’t print”, blah blah. I vowed to never do it again. My husband was convinced that if you talked to a human vs using the app or automated system it would be fine. Guess what??? He ordered at 2:30pm today to pick up at 6:30pm and he received notification it was almost done. Got there to pick it up and they don’t have the order and that he would have to wait in the queue before they made it. Never, ever again!

Worst experience at a Casey's yet. I wanted to order 2 sandwiches for lunch and the guy behind the counter was rude, disrespectful and said if I wanted a sandwich I could get one of the pre-made ones from rhe coolers. He was mad because I was interrupting his pizza making. The cashier lady was rude and yelled across the store that they didn't have time to make sandwiches. The store was filthy with trash on the floor, creamer all over the coffee counter and smelled. It is one thing to always have to wait behind 3 or more customers because not enough cashier but to have the workers be disrespectful. This store is horrible.

I stood inside the store for almost 2 hours waiting on pizza order. I totally understand she was backed up with so many orders but I was very unhappy about the wait time. It was just her by her self I believe they need more kitchen employees. The pizza was definitely greasy and the sandwich we had ordered was not toasted when requested. There were no pizzas in the warmer and had at least 2 customers walk out not wanting their orders.. I felt so bad for the employee having no help so it isnt her fault at all. I also would like to mention.. Put a estimated wait time on the app..

I normally enjoy dealing with Casey's but it seems they are having too many issues in regard to applying the reward points to customers accounts. It use to take about 24 or so hours. I have not received points from several weeks ago in different transactions.🤔.

Easy location to get in and out of. Very clean store and restrooms. There was no pizza available by slice when I went in, but think they were making some. The lady behind counter was pretty amazing. I have worked convenience store before and she rocked. She had pretty good line, so she opened up second register by herself and was bouncing back and forth. Knocked line out probably faster than two cashiers would have. Great job! This was on Sunday 1/17 around 1.

Mariah seems to be the most level headed one there. Plus her food always taste the best when ordered while she's working. Always friendly an happy to help. Definitely need more of her around there! 😁

This review is for the pizza. The employees that I have interacted with are great. I have been a consumer of Casey's pizza for decades and it used to be great. A few years ago they changed the cheese and it is now only okay. My favorite has always been the taco pizza which was only mildly affected by the cheese change. The past two times I have ordered the taco, the toppings we're greatly diminished. When I asked about it, I was told that it is at the manager's request and it would not be remedied. I will share the photos of the last two taco pizzas I got. Please note that I do not eat them with meat or tomatoes and the lack of those is no reflection on the store.

This is about the PIZZA.....I will never do that again, imitation cheese that became like rubber when we sat down to eat it.We ordered three pizzas, they were prompt on making the order and the service was excellent as always, just bad quality ingredients.

Casey's is great in terms of customer satisfaction and pricing but the pizza sometimes is doughy in the middle if you get a lot of toppings. On my next order I'm going to ask them to put it back thru for a few minutes. Blueberry muffin & Chocolate milk. That's what I recommend!!

I used my Credit Card at the gas pump.When we got home I noticed that there is a $100 "pre-authorized charge" in addition to the gas charge that stayed on my card for 4 days.We bought $25 in gas and had $125 charged to the card for 4 days.I do realize I can go inside and tell the clerk to put money on the pump but then you change from a convenience store to a "non-convenience store.I guess Casey's does not want our business any more....

Used to shop there everyday have stopped going in there because new management is running off all the help. With threats of termination if they don't work excessive hours without breaks. Causing a toxic and hostile work environment. Store has gone downhill rapidly since this new manager has taking over. If her superiors don't see she's destroying this company I guess they deserve The Lost business from a large majority Of the community which by now you should be able to see in your sales dropping dramatically.

I spent $35 on two pizzas today around 5:00p.m.. That was the worse pizza I have ever gotten at Casey's. . I could have gone to a nice place to eat for that. Even with their curbside pick up. Our family will no longer buy pizza from Casey's. I also have photos but I don't know how to get them on here. We usually eat 2 large pizza. They ate 1/2 of one of them.

Called at 5:51 and placed a taco pizza. Called them at 7 for them tell us they don't even have a pizza order by my name. Here its Father Day. That what my husband wanted to eat. Pizza hut to the rescue.

Very upset right now, they are advertising gas at $3.19 a gallon, but when you get to the pump, it is actually $3.69! They had cars lined up 4 and 5 deep waiting for gas. This sign is digital and should have been changed as soon as the price went up!

Gas station pizza? YES!!! A staple from my childhood, Casey's is the best. They put the cheese over the toppings so they don't end up all dried out like other places.

Ordered a veggie pizza and when I picked it up and looked at it, I didn't see any bell peppers. They didn't tell me this when I ordered or picked it up, they did not offer a discount, and when I asked about it they were all casual about the who thing and said yeah, we are out!You are literally less than a quarter of a mile from a grocery store!!! 🙄

We used to get pizza here a couple times a week and the last few months it’s drastically went downhill. Picked up our pizza and cheese breadsticks tonight and the lettuce on our taco pizza was wilted and slimy and our cheese breadsticks weren’t even cut were cold and over cooked. I used to never use Pizza Hut bc you couldn’t beat Casey’s pizza but that is definitely not the case anymore. They need a change in staff.

On our little road trips from Springdale to Branson and back, this is our little midway point snack and potty stop. Always clean, and the folks behind the counter are always genuinely friendly. All around, just a nice place to look forward to.

Long line in the "less busy time", 2 cashiers present, only one working the line. Also the sub i ordered wasnt made because they were out of chicken. A main ingredient in a majority of their food.

Getting gas this morning and a employee was walking in and out of the gas pumps while several people were pumping gas with a lit cigarette. Thanks for putting our lives in danger. Last time I'll go there.

Cassville Casey's has frozen coffee, and cappuccino. I cannot find it at any other store, and their supreme pizza is the best anywhere!!!!
