Just stopped for a quick bite on the go and from button press to carhop was almost 35 minutes for some Jr. Chili Cheese Burritos. Insane amount of wait time, especially considering I was one of only maybe 4 cars being served. Plus they were a little skimpy on the burritos as well.

I knew I shouldn’t have eaten the food, but it was one of the only places open that late on New Year’s. We went to the bathroom and the place had mold all over. Ate our order and got food poisoning within a couple hours. It didn’t taste right. This place needs to be inspected and either condemned or cleaned out before they continue business.

I went there on the 01/24/21 and 01/25/21 in the evening hours and let me say the employee really don't make ur food right. Please check your food before driving off. I posted pictures to show you what my two trips for a #2 look like cause the first trip I got a chicken instead of my #2 that is how the 2nd trip came in to play

Old and burnt chicken sandwich and the bun was so hard it was unedible! Tator tots were old and soggy and tasted like old grease. Coke tasted bad too! Tonight I wasted $22. The worst visit ever and I will never be back! Gave them a chance to make it right but they brought the same thing back out to me. Caruthersville MO Sonic needs to be shut down or get new management that cares about the paying customer getting fresh food.

Placed an order on the Sonic app, two drinks.Arrived about five minutes later and checked in. We waited a few minutes and began to wonder if the app worked so I pressed the red button and asked if they received our order. The person on the speaker said they did. Fast forward 28 minutes we still didn't have our drinks. Oh and while we waited a female with a broom and dustpan was hugging up to some guy outside of the vehicle next to us. Also we heard another customer yelling about the service. We just left. No cold drink is worth all that. To bad Sonic still got paid. We definitely will not be back.

They took our order politely and we waited and waited. One worker walked by cleaning with a broom and dustpan and soon as she went back in the lights went off and they walked out to leave. Never told us anything. They should not have taken order of they weren't going to make it. Definitely do not recommend

The young lady was kind and courteous. Definitely knew how to count the change just off the top of her head and not try to calculate. It was great. Thanks sonic, keep up the good work.

Waited for 15 minutes for them to receive our order. Waited 20 minutes after the screen said our food was on our way. Vehicles that showed up later than us were served way before and were long gone by the time we got our food

The food was very good but I was practically starving. I got a footlong Chile dog with cheese and I was very satisfied with it. Also, a cherry limeade slush. OMG.....

Today I went to sonic and I waited for a while after I pushed the button and nothing happened. I moved over to the next stall and the same thing happened. I asked the car hop twice and she said they were short handed. Then the people next to me got waited on and I was there way before them. When I said something to the car hop about being there first, she told me that wasn't how it worked. I I'll talk to the manager and also to corporate office about this.

Could not hear the cashier. She was very rude about us not being able to hear her. Moved to another stall and still could not hear her. Then when the carhop came out she mumbled. Not friendly. Slow. Poor service.

I've lived in the Caruthersville area for a couple of months and have been to the Sonic at least 10 times. Out of the 10+ times I've been there, they've only got my order correct once. The only reason they got it right once is because I only ordered 1 item, a large coke. But every time I've ordered food, my order was totally wrong. When it was brought to their attention, they were absolutely rude and always blamed the other shift or didn't say anything to correct the problem. I wouldn't recommend this place and I don't intend to go back anytime soon.

Usually very quick & order is right. Last night was a disaster. Had to send back my food twice! Never a discount or anything. The rest of the food that was right was cold by the time I got the corrected food.

Sonic has always been one of my favorite places to stop for a great Sundae or an ice cold Coke. Their fountain drinks are (by far) the best of the best. Getting there at happy hour is almost like waking up on Christmas morning, (ALMOST!)Of course everyone knows that they also have the best ice as well.That being said, I have to say, Sonic in Caruthersville, Missouri could stand some lessons in taking & delivering what the customers order. I've been here several months and I have visited Sonic many times. I have yet to get the exact items that I've ordered. They do fix their mistakes but more often than not, they're rude about it.But still, all in all, I still love Sonic Drive Inn.

They never get your order right, not even a single time. There’s either always something missing, screwed up, or just outright not even what you ordered. I’ve even had food unwrapped just thrown in the bag before. Super careless employees.

Just at the Caruthersville, MO, and was highly disappointed in the service. The girl on the headset had a rude tone, saying she can't hear anything my daughter said. She was talking so fast, we had to ask her to repeat herself. It was around 9 pm, teens being really loud near my vehicle, hollaring at other ones across the way. Also, when my PLAIN bacon double cheese burger, was not plain, I was very polite, but I got no apology. I never will go there again.

Worse food i ever had. Order a#2 and get a cold hamburger. Order a chicken sand , so hard she could not eat it at all. Hope everyone else has better luck

Tried to order ahead but they never have the drinks you prefer. Like I favor Lemonade Spite w/strawberries. They cannot be order unless you would want limeade. Yuck!
