Wonderful crew in this store, these ladies will do what it takes to make sure they get the job done! I was very pleased when they took the time to stay after hours to help finish getting my phone set up, they showed extreme patience for the trouble they were going through to switch my number over. They were authentic, humorous, and just all around great company! I will definitely be doing my business at Cricket in Caruthersville from here on out!

The employees are always nice but I don't understand how 611 let a person not even on my list of authorized people make changes to my account and now I can't get in to the my cricket app and they won't let me undo what the person did not can the store in caruthersville even tell me the date my bill is due or the amount unless I go there and show my ID. Yet 611 allowed changes that I can't get redone. I've been a loyal customer for 4yeaes and get treated like a criminal on my own account. Time for new phone carrier I believe

The day I purchased our new phones AJ and Jennifer were fantastic, took a lot of time with me and I was very pleased to have someone here to take any issues to. There was a little misunderstanding but it was no ones fault in particular and I went back Monday to straighten it out. The apparent manager Buffy was the rudest l, most hateful , eye-rolling person that was telling me what she said I was told on Saturday. She wasn’t present so she may know what I was supposed to be told but wasn’t. She was as hateful as anyone I ever dealt with, acted like I was bothering her. She offered nothing to help the situation and we debated canceling all of it. The local store has a bad reputation for being rude and not helpful in trying to help any customers with issues if it requires any effort in their part. I know why now. Situation was left as it was because she said she couldn’t do anything about it. A manager can’t try to help out new customers???

Absolutely wonderful experience with the Cricket Wireless in Caruthersville. Hailey is so helpful and attentive to every detail! She more than went out of her way to help me switch over to Cricket! 10/10 will definitely be visiting again!

The Smartest Guy I have ever encountered when it comes to the Phone, his name is DAVID, and he works at the Cricket store in Caruthersville Missouri. He was able to unfreeze my Blade Max XL,everything Restored, ...believe me I was panicking over 4ooo photos and I lost None. Thank You DAVID ..You the Man
