The pharmacy employees are great, i see alot of people leaving reviews about how slow they are but i guess they fail to realize alot of places are short staffed, alot of people are not wanting to go to work anymore. They are not a fast food restaurant, how do you expect the drive thru will be extremely fast if everyone wants to go through drive through instead of coming inside the store? they work with medications, they must verify everything carefully before they give meds to us & Don't blame the people that work there, they are doing the best they can with the help they have. They are always friendly, always willing to help. I've seen so many rude customers that yell at people who work in retail, the workers deal with alot , but still show up with a smile on their faces! Just be kind to them geez

Called the pharmacy to inquire about a vaccination. All automated and it told me could walk in as long as regular pharmacy hours. They close at 8 so I drove 30 miles and arrived at 7 Only to be informed they couldn’t do it Need to be there by 6 Come back Tomorrow at 9:30. Well I work for a living plus already wasted gas once. They need to change their automated system or have it so you can talk to a human. But apparently their time is a lot more valuable than mine. I’ll never go back

I was in there within the last hour and the manager was needed to void a sale. The post he was nice enough but he looks so disheveled and unprofessional it was surprising. It didn't still confidence in me. The girl at the register was very helpful and very nice

Their pharmacy is the slowest ran pharmacy I've ever used. The taco bell in town is faster than these guys and that says a lot. Can you guys put some porta potties out for the car line?

I have been wanting to leave a review on Walgreens Pharmacy Carthage Mo for a very long time because EVERYTIME, it’s a bad experience. I use Walgreens pharmacy simply because they have a drive thru and I should be able to pick up my prescription quickly. WRONG!!! Every single time I use the drive thru it’s at least a 15 minute wait. They take entirely too long to hand me my prescription that is always ready to pick up the day before I pick it up. What exactly is the hold-up?!?? I just don’t get it. Today I was the only car in the drive-thru and it took almost 18 minutes to pick u my prescription!! It was ready yesterday and I was the ONLY one in the drive-thru. The pharmacy employees are nice but they are just entirely too slow!! They really need to be trained better or something. The slowness at the drive-thru is unacceptable and ridiculous. Do Better Walgreens in Carthage Mo.

Store was clean, well organized and the staff was very polite. However, they are a FedEx receiving store and can not help you with packaging material to ship FedEx. Also, at check out the clerk asked if I had their rewards card, I do not, so I use my friends, but the clerk never asked if I wanted to apply for one either. A couple of missed opportunities for Walgreens.

This is where I use to get my kids medicine filled until one day my little girl was very very sick and they were refusing to fill it saying they were out even though I know for sure they just filled the one next to mine bc the other people were at the same doctors office right before and sat and talked about it while we were waiting. They could clearly see how miserable she was and told me if I didn’t want to wait I could drive to Webb city. The pharmacy is the only part of the store I do not like and refuse to deal with. The other employees are always nice.

The employees in the pharmacy are not kind. Went in there when they weren't having a good day (they'd voiced this between themselves in the 15 minutes I stood waiting at the counter) and really wish I wouldn't have gone there at all. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence, and the lady finally paid attention to me was very rude. Will be changing my pharmacy and will be hesitant to buy anything here again.
