Couldnt get any help at all, after asking several times if someone could help me a lady that worked there gave me the wrong medication for my cat. Tried to take it backthe next day with receipt. The three women at the front desk were extremely rude and told me they wouldn't exchange it for the right medication. Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Save your money and go to Atwoods.

Called and asked the Gentleman about a pacific mower He said They had it. Mind You that it's an hour before closing I asked if We would have time to get it financed and it would take Me 30 minutes to get there. His reply was no problem if You get on in. I'm glad I did He had the mower fueled up and ready for a test drive. I looked it over and said let's do the paper work. He was very fast with the whole credit process and We we're out the door great Customer service. The Gentleman loaded the mower on My Trailer even a great experience with Race Brothers.

I have purchased two mowers from this location over the past 2 years. Recently, my Cub Cadet ZT1 46in started misfiring and bogging down while idling and under load. Joplin Mower Center diagnosed the issue as a bad coil/ignition module. I contacted this location about warranty work and was told that I would need to wait a week to be seen, another day for diagnostics, and parts would need to be ordered. The lady who responds to calls for service was very rude and argumentative when I asked what the fastest option was the resolve this issue. Rather than waiting 1-2 weeks for a potential resolution from this location I am looking at ordering the part out of pocket to avoid lost time and revenue over a couple weeks. If my conversation with her is any indication of service from this location I would be better off paying another 3rd party to repair my mower and not take advantage of the warranty that came with my mower. The handling of this situation is ridiculous. I have been a customer 2 years and planned to return here for all my lawn care needs. The sales staff is fantastic and everyone is very friendly until something needs repaired. She did call back with the part number as requested, which I appreciate.

Awesome customer service. Someone always there to help. Bought a Stihl Brush Cutter, then a Stihl Chainsaw. Prices were fair. When I got home I noticed the brush cutter was missing the harness and they took my word. The chainsaw had issues, fearing I was the one who caused the issues, they inspected it and noticed the oil pump was defective and covered everything under warranty. Highly recommended.

Love to shop at Race Bros. they have 3 stores...Carthage, Springfield and Monett so if one store doesn't have what your looking for they can send it to you from one if the other stores. Friendly sales staff.

Ive had nothing but issues with race brothers in Carthage Mo had my Lawnmower and ATV in the shop to get it ready for summer 2022 well they didn't fix the flat tire they didn't replace the battery or sharpen the blades for the lawnmower but charged me over 300.00 before they could deliver it home i will not take my items back there so upset.
