Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Don’t have proper signage for drinks or prices or how to use the self checkout (why have a drink button option if you are supposed to scan the barcode?) and when my husband was told he underpaid and would have to pay the difference and they proceeded to charge him another $7 on top of the $5 he already paid for 4 drinks instead of only charging him the $2 difference it would really have been. And told him they would not refund him the money. It wasn’t until I called up and raised hell for being SEVERELY over charged that they decided to offer us a refund that we can come back and get on Monday. I am very disappointed in the customer service of this location and after I receive my refund on Monday I will NOT be returning.

Everytime we go here they are out of numerous items in the simple Simon area and the Pete's hot deli area. And the staff is rude to you when you ask for anything they have to cook. If you order in advance it doesn't tell you they are out of it until you get there and already paid online.

Update: I don't know who's running these stores, or who is in charge of making decisions on a day-to-day. The hot food is overpriced and not that great, the cold foods not very good. The younger staff members are poorly trained. But the worst thing about it is that parking lot. I'll never go back there to buy some gas again. I got trapped for 20 minutes because people can't get out of each other's way in that parking lot where they jammed in too many pumps for the amount of space they had.. and then tried to make it a truck stop. Ridiculous. I will never go back. And their gas prices are never the deal in town if you know what I mean. The card kiosk for the checkout is set up as awkward is it any I've ever seen. Who thought that was a good idea? The few seconds of confusion every customer has that don't know where it is, adds up in a Year's time. Whoever is calling the shots is probably just driving around to different competitors, trying to copy what they like at the moment, and not even thinking about the individuality of each location.11-24-21 3pm. The first time I tried the hot deli it was really good. Every time after has ended up with me walking away because the steam table was in terrible shape and there was nothing appetizing going on. Today I went in and there was a new lady named Kathy working there and man that place looked fantastic. The steam table looked perfect all the food looked great. I realize good help is hard to find these days but a good manager back in that deli would pay for themselves in a short amount of time.

Cashiers refuse to ring you up. They say they won't be using the registers anymore. So if you want to their job whe they stand over you like a hawk go here. If you wish to have them do their job and ring you up go anywhere else. And their parking lot is for trucks but the design was drawn up by a toddler with no concept of how much run space a tractor trailer really requires.

First time I've used a self checkout in a gas station totally mind blown. Stopped through to use restroom and get gas lady named Wanda helped me super friendly she has great customer service. Great experience had to write a review!

Pete's is greedy and doesn't give their employees enough hours. How is a father supposed to support 2 kids working 7 hours a week? Do better. They expect one person to run the cafe by themselves and only give them one or two days a week. Hope everyone quits.

Building the new gas station was a great idea, that end of town really needed something that pristine and clean. However I'm going to continue to give a one star when associates keep upselling items even after I've told them no. I'm all for witty banter and trying to upsell product, but when you continue to badger the customer when they've told you no that is a problem.. Sometimes people just want to come in get coffee get gas and leave. Also in the time that it took you to teach me to use the express checkout, you could have already had me checked out paid for and pumping my gas, if I wanted to check myself out I would open my own gas station.

Not so good, The cashier won’t trade 4 quarters for a dollar bill to use in the machine located inside the store. She said it’s because it’s a weekend. Does four quarters not equal a dollar on the weekends? Asking for a friend. Lousy customer service by this one individual on several occasions. Other than that the stre is great.

Great place for a gas or diesel fill up. Small grocery and drink selection. They also serve coffee and hot snacks. There is a selection of cigarettes and chew. Missouri lottery and scratchers tickets are sold there too. Conveniently located near the interstate and highway.

Always pleased with the service I get here. The Manager, Suzette, obviously knows who to pick for her staff. Never had any unpleasant experiences here. Will return again and again!
