We stopped by Braum's for our first visit the beginning of May, 2023. They were very short handed. The poop lady was running back and forth between sections, trying to help people. So folks left because it was taking too long.We decided on ice cream/frozen Yogurt. The nice lady was very professional and trying her best in a no win situation of trying to keep up.The treats were very tasty at a fair price. I would say that I would stop into one of these Braum's again, if the opportunity arose. Hopefully next time the staff won't be over whelmed by lack of staff.

Family friendly restaurant/ ice cream parlor/ small convenience store. My family stopped by for ice cream and it was delicious and affordable!This will become a favorite go-to place. Haven't had the food yet, but the drive through is convenient.

Sad to say I'm disappointed by my last visit on the evening of 4/8/24. When we arrived it wasn't very busy and we chose to eat inside. Every table was dirty and we had to clean our own table and seats to sit down. We were there about 45 mins and not once did a single employee step out to clean a table. The trash was overflowing in one trash can and the floor was really a mess. There was plenty of time to joke around and make very loud bird calls loud enough for the whole restaurant to enjoy with the staff whether we wanted to or not. I really have come to expect better from the Carthage location. Honestly, if I see it that dirty inside again I don't think I would trust the kitchen to be clean either and that will be my last visit to that location.

I had a good experience. I got groceries,sugar free ice cream and vegetables, meat and salmon. And yes I would go back. When I got home I opened the ice cream and to my surprise the top of the ice cream looked dehydrated and it was as hard as a rock I couldn't seem to get it thawed out so that I could enjoy it. I did not go back and return. I was exhausted from the day I thought well I'll just give him a benefit of the doubt and I ate half of the carton not that day. I'm not buying the chocolate chip ice cream again. I've had the vanilla bean and I didn't have any problems with it it must be something to do with it preserving of the of the chocolate. But when I go back in I will certainly tell them about it I do not expect to have any freebies. So I'm changing my my stars to a three

Great food, great value... and perfect if you're looking for comfort food on a roadtrip. You can feed a family for about what McDonald's will cost you, but with bigger portions, real cheese blends, and included milkshakes (which, we discovered, they can make from ANY of their ice cream flavors... egg nog is awesome). Dining area was a bit dirty around the edges, but nothing too worrisome.

Waited over 10 minutes to get two shakes. Ordered at 12 and left at 1230. Why? You have cars that are waiting in chicken or beef that’s taking a while to pull up. You can serve. Lee customers and make more money. Yet I waited and had no way to leave u less I wanted $10 stolen from me since we already paid. This location has no sense of what “fast” food is. Terrible won’t go back, would literally rather go hungry than support an establishment that can’t prioritize or care about the people waiting. Call your self a drive through full service restaurant.

Went to brhaumns last night it was absolutely disgusting bathroom smelled of weed , used toilet paper all on the ground ….. took 10 mins just to take my order on front counter and took 25 minutes just for me to receive my order and when I did the meat was raw and cold ….and it wasn’t what I ordered at all !!!!!I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was practically like chocolate milk it was so runny …. Terrible service the workers where rude rolling there eyes at me and my family …. Would not recommend at all

Rude staff, explain how short staffed they were. Cold burger and fries waited 20 min for that and had to wait another 10 min for the shake that came with the meal. Will find another place

Heard another customer say either give me my food or give me my money back we need to go. Another customer said they had been waiting way to long. Employee taking orders clocked out and left. I waited for about 10 minutes and no one took my order so left. Usually don't have that problem at the restaurant.

Honestly the bag of burgers took longer than expected to be made. And the picture posted is what the condiments of each burger had. It's a great place for desserts or small grocery needs. Prices are a little high, but the food tastes great

I mean it's all right place I mean it's not perfect the food's good anyways don't recommend the bag of burgers everything else was all right the ice cream was homemade it tasted like it was pretty good service a little slow on some days the rest of the time is really good just shocked that there's a grocery store inside of a restaurant I mean that was totally wicked!Kid-friendliness: Every kid I know I would have a heart attack and if kid be extremely happy going in there if they saved up allowances

The ice cream is awesome. We always stop when we are down south. Iowa doesn't have Braum's Ice Cream shops. Bummer.The staff was so friendly and fun. Great job people.

Plastic in my friend's burger and had to fix mine twice. I ordered a hamburger everything no cheese, first one came with cheese second one came with burger and bun.

Floors were so slippery from grease, us and other people were sliding. The tables and seats were dirty. The cashier didn’t seem to know what she was doing and almost messed up every persons order. They were extremely slow, our wait time for fast food was 45 min. Yikes! Just all around not a good experience. The manager definitely doesn’t seem to show any care or knowledge of what to do.

Worst Braums. Patrick the manager waited 15 minutes to tell me they had no batter for hotcakes because the other managers didn’t order any. Then he blames the employees for not showing up. Then he says they were really busy. Problem is I had watched him work. He moves like a sloth. It’s no wonder his employees move slowly and don’t have any motivation. He is an amazingly poor example. He only prepared 4 orders in that time. I guess it’s true. Some people raise to their highest level of incompetence.
