went in today to get dinner and a couple drinks. i ended up filing a customer service complaint with pepsico. and now a review here. my mountain dew voltage expired may 15, 2023. today is August 17, 2023. there's nothing like getting home opening a cold (yes it was in the cooler) flat soda!

Went to get medicine today and used the self check out not realizing that I would need show ID. I sat there while there were 2 people checking one person out, another outside complaining to another employee about a manager getting onto her about another customer complaining about a 20 minute wait to check out. Everytime you go to that store there's always something. Honestly need to just need completely new management.

Unclean throughout the store. Shopping aisles always full of racks of stock not put away and unable to get through at all. Clerks are uninterested in customer service and disinterested in knowing about the things they sell or knowledge about the products and or location in the store. I am very aware of calls to the district manager by customers who generally addresses the issue but quickly returns to the original problem that the call was for. This store is very well located for those of us who live in the country but lately my family has driven farther to other stores without having to deal with the mess and clerks who you don't matter to being there for. Maybe someone should explain during the hiring process that the people, products and store in general has everything to do with how they get paid.

Verys from day to day, just depends on ppl working. They are very friendly and helpful with every visit. Also have lots of great sales and customer service is wonderful. The manager of the store is the sweetest and very sinccere to all and takes pride in the presentation of of her store. Has made many changes over a period of time. Couldn't say that about a couple of other dollar generals in area.Thank you all for ur service and keep up the great and many changes and improvements. You all r awesome.

I have bone on bone in both knees this week in went to get what I needed. A young man was cashier. Very nice even helping me carry my purchases to my car. I really appreciated his help. Made my day!

Best one around. I am buying for Christmas Boxes for December 2019. We did 102 boxes last and we want to double it this year. We have a very small attendance like around 30. These boxes go overseas to needy children. Thank you Dollar General.

One employee who I am pretty sure is the manager is very rude and always has an attitude. The sale prices never ring up correctly and when you bring it to her attention she gets an even bigger attitude. Have lost a lot of money at this location due to sales not ringing correctly especially when using mobile coupons because that's how they confuse you. Always take an ad with you to the register.

The great toilet paper rush of 2020. I just wanted wine. Everyone was grabbing every stitch of toilet paper in sight. Complete stupidity. But the workers were nice and maintained as much control as possible.

There is one sweet cashier an older lady that's been there for a while. Kinda off putting vibe since its change GM's. And one of the new to this specific store cashiers felt it was her job to dog the old GM to me not ever meeting old GM. Didnt feel that was very professional of her.

I go to Dollar General because unlike Walmart you don't have to guess where they have moved things every time you shop and you don't have to walk a mile to find your product. My favorite one is the one on 96hwy clean well stocked and helpful employees

Store had alot more variety of things then the webb city location but this store needs to be bigger if they are going to have more it was way to crowed I could barely maneuver through the store. I would consider rebuilding bigger it's in a great location with lots of land

Little bit of a scary neighborhood but only 5 min. away on the other side of our small town. I always get great help if I can't find something and they always have what we need.

It's our "go to " store for basics since it so close to house. They restock on weekends so some it's hard to get around some parts of store. Nothing fancy but good for basics.

Store is always full of stock in carts and crowding the aisles with the front entry awkwardly crowded. Employees smoke & park right in front of the store.
