I give 4 stars because the food was delicious as always, but only half of the order was correct. We almost got out of town when we noticed which is better than being 10 miles further. I should have checked when we received the order but even still, the order was wrong. Normally it is accurate, but not this time. The manager in charge did make it right, and gave us some coupons which made the return easier to deal with, so instead of 5 stars like normal, or the 3 stars I wanted to give, I give 4 stars.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Very rude, unorganized, brought me the wrong order 3 times and waited 42 min for 4 drinks. Plus I was given attitude every time they gave me the wrong thing. I tried calling as well and nobody answered the damn phones. Very disappointed.

I always get a strawberry slush with extra strawberries. It never seems like they put in the extra. This sonic does. It's worth the extra 10 minute drive. Food is cooked fast and the employees are very nice as well.

Food was good. But I ordered a large sweet tea and the cup wasn’t even filled half way. On top of that there was about 1/2” of sugar sitting in the bottom of my cup so it wasn’t drinkable. Would have waited to get the order fixed but took them 30 minutes to make popcorn chicken and a pretzel which used up my entire allowed lunch time up.

Mostly visited as a dasher for doordash. Fast food, friendly service. Customers haven't called to complain so I'd assume the food was good.

Food was good & fresh! Asked for unsweetened tea got sweetened & asked for mayo & ketchup & no shock there was none in the bag either. So a little annoying, especially when u ask for it. She didn't deserve the tip I left either.

Courteous people taking your order food was as good as fast food gets Stopped in on the way back to Kansas City If it wasn't so far away I eat there a lot more often

Food was good once they got it right. Ordered a vanilla root beer got it and tasted like colored water. Got a double bacon cheese burger plain, it was plain alright. Burger cheese and bread, and charged me for it all.

We got fast and very polite service. My granddaughter was very happy with the food she ordered. Sonic in Carrollton is very close to the highway and convenient for travelers. The food is good and you have a variety to choose from.

I'm a GI patient therefore I order a specialty cherry limeade ALWAYS. I've been ordering this drink from SIX YEARS in three different states! So I order a cherry limeade made with the juice from the real cherries as I can not have the artificial cherry syrup. The lady taking our order became rude and then approached our truck. She informed me Sonic doesn't have such a drink. I seriously thought your motto was made they way you want it... We quickly learned this lady was the manager. She kept trying to tell us what I was ordering was a lime-aid (clearly it's not). We thought we had the order straightened out (after what seemed like forever). They brought out our drinks and sure enough I was given a lime aid! I left our entire order on the order board and drove away. NEVER will I visit your rude incompetent store! I had just been released from the hospital filling major surgery. Thank you for making an already rough day even worse!

1st i recieved cold tater tots then sent em back to get over cooked tator tots finally 3rd time good on top of getting a raw bacon cheeseburger the lady said it was either raw or set out to long....no good

It's been a couple of weeks since I've eaten here, but I can clearly remember the taste of a Sonic Cheeseburger. They're one of my favorite places to get a burger. There's nothing like a juicy burger patty with cheese, mayonnaise, pickles, onions etc. Love it!

Person with me had a supersonic breakfast burrito, as did I, he got diarrhea 5hrs later so bad had a oops in his britches, I had diarrhea.all day next day. Service was good, food tasted ok but pretty sure it had a problem.

Returned order due to it being incorrect. Was told by a very rude employee my credit card would be refunded but this never happened. Contacted the manager after a week and he told me there's nothing he could do. Will contact corporate and see if they can help. This is the worst Sonic I have been to. Wouldn't recommend.

Pulled into sonic, order a 3 peice chicken strip, breakfast burrito, small fries and small tots. After I ordered, 2 employees came out and got into a car parked in the stalls near the door, and left. I waited 10 minutes for my food, then the car hop just started handing me the bag and telling me the total without even reading back the ticket. So i asked if she wasnt even going to read the ticket back and why it took 10 minutes for that little bit of food. She said there were only 2 of them working and that 4 cars pulled on at the same time. There were only 6 or 7 cars at sonic including me. Being 11:30 am and lunch hour, perhaps management shouldnt have been sending employees home. My food wasnt even hot. Wasnt fresh, no steam. My 9 year old in the car with me grabbed a chicken strip and bit right into it and it was luke warm. They gave me 1 mint for 2 meals. This establishment continues getting worse. I worked at sonic for 4 years. This is not the way it should be.

This Sonic takes longer than any other Sonic I have ever been. Been sitting here for more than 20 min waiting on my food. We just watched some lady drive off she had been waiting so long. Don't come here if you don't have at least 45 to wait. Also in my "cheesey tots" less that half my tots had cheese on them. Slow, unreliable food.

I have never liked Sonic. It has always left a bitter aftertaste, and yes I have visited many Sonic drive ins. My husband loves it.

The grease is sometimes old and makes the food taste bitter. If it's fresh it's great. I must say the staff now are very friendly.

My sandwich wasn't done and the ff we're rock hard spent over 45$ to throw most away poor service had to repeat them got it wrong no extras were put on as requested a mess

Gross. Maybe because it’s close to closing time, their food was NOT fresh. I ordered Ched R Pepper, DIDNT get it. I ordered a supersonic double bacon cheeseburger got old lettuce, old tomatoes and a single patty burger. 🙄🙄
