Haven't ate there since they got rid of the Biscuits and Gravy. Best thing on their whole menu and they got rid of it and I won't back til I hear of it being back. They can close the place down for all I care. I'm not the o ly o e in this town that feels that way.

Got 3 Happy Meals, and a #1& an extra sandwich $30+. Fries were cold, the cheeseburger was over cooked or old. Happy Meals were suppose to have fries & apple slices. At minimum wage it takes over 4 hours to earn enough money to buy this meal. It was at 5:15 in the evening. Definitely within dinners hours, went thru drive thru because we were taking to our granbabies. Very very disappointing. McDonald's you need to do much better especially with how much it costs to eat your food nowadays.

I eat there way more then I should. Let me tell you the breakfast crew is on point! They are usually slammed but still friendly and speedy. Not to mention they are one of the few business open as much as a hospital, only closed for Christmas. For that I appreciate them.

This isn't about McDonald's, it's about Google Maps. Google Maps took me about 2 miles out of my way. I came in to Carrollton on E Benton, to the entersection of Benton and Mason. I then used Google Maps to help me get to McDonald's. It took me right on N Mason to E 10th. Then it had me take a left (instead of right straight to McDonald's) on E 10th to N Jefferson, where it had me take a right on N Jefferson. It then had me take a right on 260. Then from 260 on to 65, where I went south back to McDonald's.

The crew members have always seemed tired and busy whenever I go here, not very friendly but also not rude. Hurried. They did use the mobile deals on the cashiers phone due to mine suddenly freezing, which i greatly appreciated. Mostly fast service, I a frequent visitor and random times to so it depends on the time of day and the crew. I like the curbside parking. Order through the app, pay through the app, boom never have to get out of the car.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. Not because of cleanliness or anything like that, it's the people who work there. I've never seen a more rude and hateful group of employees not to mention the manager Ashley. Who obviously thinks she's better than other people after doing so much with her life becoming a McDonald's manager. You don't have a lot of options in the small town but I would pick anything except for this McDonald's

My food seemed to have been sitting for a bit my buns were hard as my friend and I sat in the only place available table was dirty Manager sat behind us the whole time on her phone and computer ordering was OK. Continues to not take orders correctly and make sandwiches as requested without looking like hog slop. When I worked at Hardee's back in '99, '00, and '01 never had one complaint. That includes from making one order to 3 busses at a time. No excuses I do not have a speech impediment and I am not a pushover when it comes to liquids and food!!!!! Ridiculous

Went by at 11:30pm and NO ONE THERE. All the lights on and websites says open till Midnight in the drive-thre but no one was there no cars in the lot. No one answering at the order mic, pulled around and could see NO ONE anywhere in the building.

I live in KC, stopped here on the way back and it was the best mcdonald’s i’ve ever had. The fries were hot and fresh, as well as our food. We’re used to soggy fries and rock hard cookies, so very pleased.

Awful experience! Unclean, sticky, dirty... The staff lied about our food being done. No professionalism... The staff just didn't care. Blond girl at the register giggling and texting on her phone.... The food took way too long... We waited a total of 40 minutes just to get our food.... We were very unpleased and hope next time it will have a little more respect...

There staff members are highly uneducated always ignoring there costumers and on there phones looking out the drive through windows talking with friends and others. Never getting orders out in a fashion and on time and cant comprehend how to take a custom order for anything there management is ridiculous and doesn't care about anything or hire anyone with good work ethics.

Every time i come here they my order and get it wrong one time I ordered the fish I opened the box and the cheese was not on the sandwich but was on top of bun every time i order staff is rude and the food will be cold as ice after they serve me
