I can't find anything in this store at Carrollton. There is no room in the aisles for a person, let alone a cart. There are always things in the aisles that need put on the shelves!! If you ask someone to help you, they act like it's going to kill them. Several people who "work" there are rude. One checker, I think she was a manager on a Sunday, was very rude.

Even the employees were all busy stocking shelves they remained mindful of the customers needing down the isles and offering assistance. Didn't catch the name of the gentleman cashier, but he was very upbeat, positive, and clean fun. Honestly, its it 1st time in a longgg while I left any store with a smile and very pleased with all the employees.

I love the sales! The art decor was marked down 90% off! I found a lovely painting originally $10...I got it for a dollar! You can't beat the little finds, well stocked shelves, great customer service, and did I mention the SALES, SALES and more SALES!

Wow since new gm took over this place has went to complete junk!!! Nothing ever in stock and I mean out of slot and for moths on end. Grew up in this town and never seen it like this and no point in even trying to coupon cuz they don't stock any of it lmao. Well tht was my last dollar spent their I'll take my business to family dollar from now on.

This place has improved dramatically in the past year! For the better. Better organization, no stock blocking the aisles , carries a lot of variety and good customer assistance. Kudos to the management and staff it has now.

The aisles are always crowded with stuff that came off the shelves, things they didnt unload, or just the narrow aisles themselves. Only one cart fits through if you need it, and in a few of the aisles I dont think a cart could even fit, even if you could get through all of the boxes and flimsy clearance toys. Other than space issues, it's pretty clean and the staff is friendly. The organization of the place really needs helped somehow.

Digital coupons never work right. Some employees are very nice. Others are rude and nasty. Have never been in store when at least one isle was not blocked by unstocked merchandise.

Isles always seem to be full of boxes that never seem to be put away from the truck. Hard to navigate your cart in some areas. Staff is friendly.

Long lines when I've been there. Two registers with one person checking people out. Waited 10 minutes in line just to buy a bag of dog food. Next time I'll set it down and walk out.

Not a fan of the remodel, or that the aisles are constantly blocked with uboats and overstock. However staff is excellent.

My wife was asked to leave with our three children for no good reason the general manager lied and claimed they made a mess last time we visited which is a lie cuse we always tend our children . very rude people work here and they have lost business for all dollar general stores I will never shop at dollar general ever again
