When I came to Chris, I had just been in an accident the month prior. It was the first accident I had been in since I started driving. American Family insurance boosted my insurance to astronomically after being a customer for 12 years. Chris quoted my house and vehicle approximately $43.00 lower than American family AS A NEW CUSTOMER. Chris personally set me up with the driver safe and save, which lowered my bill even more than originally quoted. Here I am a year later and I’m paying less with State Farm than I ever did with American Family. Plus I have better coverage, better incentives, and better customer service. I’ve been with Chris Thurman State Farm for 1 1/2 years and get treated like I’ve been with them for 12. They may not always have the lowest prices but you’re guaranteed the absolute best quality insurance and customer service. I’ll be with Chris Thurman State Farm for the rest of my life.

I have been insured through State Farm since 2016, and when I moved to Carrollton this year, I knew I would continue to be with them for my home policy. However, I do value having an agent located locally, and so I looked into transferring my accounts to Chris Thurman's office. Thurman was very straightforward and knowledgeable throughout the process, and as luck would have it, I had been considering getting into insurance, myself. I am now an employee here, and am glad I am. Thurman reviewed my life policies with me as some on-the-job training, and we found some gaps in my coverage. He treated me like he would any other customer at that point, and I now have the policies I desire and a greater understanding of what all they consist of, as well. While it may seem biased when I say I will always recommend people to Chris Thurman's State Farm office, I can assure you my experience with Thurman taking the time to stay as late as needed to assist me in updating and correcting my policies would have guaranteed that recommendation on its own. I don't believe I have worked with someone as passionate and knowledgable about what they do, and it shows in the way he ensures his customers are getting the exact coverages they want and need, all while offering excellent customer service.
