We gave 5 stars because we got what we paid for. This is one of those places I like to call cheap and cheerful. Staff was super friendly and the overall vibe was pretty chill.Establishment was very clean and roomy. There were several tables and booths for indoor dining as well as a few tables outside.Our food came out fairly fast and was tasty. We left satisfied, not stuffed, which is great for lunch. We did order the regular size on sides not large portions, just to clarify.We probably wouldn’t make an extra trip to visit again, but would totally visit if in the area.

The staff provided quick and very friendly service. The food was delicious, hot and fresh as well. I've been to the Burger Bar a few times now and my family and I always enjoy our visits. We recommend and award 5 stars! Thanks y'all!

I would like a contact number for the owner of this business. The experience I had was horrific. The employees need training on safe food handling from what I witnessed. My order was incorrect and I did not return it or ask for a refund. But since I simply let them know it was incorrect and I am now being harassed on social media by the girls there. I would love to discuss this with the owner. What I witnessed and experienced wasn't okay.

Today I went to Burger Bar for lunch and Makayla took my order. She handed me my drink and I went out to wait for my food. The person I was with ordered their food after I did. His food was delivered in a timely manner, yet I still had not received mine. I asked the lady to check on it for me (considering it was a beef burger and Q fries) and nothing. The person I was with had finished all of his food and my order still had not been delivered. I then went up to ask for my money back. Makayla put the money back on my card and then asked me, "Would you like for me to see if they can make this up for you real quick?" YES! LIKE 20 MINUTES AGO. But, I declined and took my business to McDonald's instead.I would not be so upset about this, but this is the THIRD time in a row that I have been to Burger Bar and something like this has happened. The first time, I waited in the drive thru line for 1 hour and 20 minutes (yes, they were busy, but come on). Only to learn that the lady that took my order forgot to send it back to the kitchen.The second time, I was on a time crunch. Winter Sports Award Banquet was to start at 6 and I was going to grab dinner for my daughter and myself to eat beforehand. They were having a fundraiser that night, so I called at 5:15 and asked if I could place an order to go and the money still go toward the fundraiser. I was told it was for dine in only and the girl hung up the phone on me. I get there at 5:25 to place my order (I was then told you CAN place an online order) and WAITED until 6:03 to finally receive my order. You're busy, I get that. BUT COME ON!!! IT'S FAST FOOD... Needless to say I get to the school at 6:05 and my daughter just walked off the stage. Yes, I missed her getting her awards.I should have known better then, to not go back. Very sad to say considering Burger Bar has always been a part of my life.

Passing through for a quick bite, we saw the Burger Bar and stopped to test it out. They had a full menu of burgers, beef sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, and sides of all sort. Plus they had ice cream and shakes if you are looking for something to cool you off.I got the double cheeseburger loaded and cheese curds. They were great. Filled me up and now I have a new place that isn't fast food to eat at.If you are near Carrollton or traveling through, stop in and enjoy yourself.

Good burger but when she asked if I wanted 'everything' I thought it would include lettuce and tomato along with the pickle, onion, ketchup n mustard. Just be specific when ordering and you'll be more than satisfied!!

Very nice clean local burger joint. I was served a good but small burger and a decent chocolate malt. The fries were good as well. Unfortunately I didn't get to try more food than I did, but I will return if my travels put me near the area again.

Literally the worst experience of my life sat for 30 mins never got food. They never put it in their system. Finally got food after going up to complain and I spent $6 on a carmal shake that tasted like vanilla. Then we only got half of our order before leaving. They completely missed half the order still even after telling them. 10/10 would not recommend eating here. Just go to sonic They have same things for cheaper. It's way faster. And actually cheaper

My husband and I went in for dinner tonight and was Highly Disappointed in the food. He had a Philly and curly fries and had Shrimp and curly fries. The Shrimp was so over cooked that I had to peel the breading off inorder to eat it and the curly fries where just down right nasty. You could taste the old burnt grease that they where all cooked in. And as far as taking it back or asking for a refund we did not want to stand in line for a nother 30 minutes or more to get either one. The only good thing I can say about our dinner tonight was atleast the soda was good.

Excellent fries the way they are meant to be... Good burgers too. Very good experience overall. Expect to wait a bit for your food, but it's worth it.

This is second time I order a malt and received a milk shake.Very Disappointed expecting sometime and receiving something else. NOT Good !! Maybe retraining your associates to take the time read what the customer order would be a great to start. The quality of the shake was not what I expected . It was like drinking a glass of milk. 😧😧😧.
