Best place to get your pets groomed & boarded!They do walk-ins for nail trims & I am so thankful for that. I have now moved from CJ & live roughly 40 mins away & still make sure this is the only place I go to. The service is amazing! Honestly, I've made good relationships with everyone who works here. Nor do I want to switch my old dogs to someone new after they have been going here for almost 7 yrs? 8 yrs? My dogs love coming here so I just will not do that to them!

I have been taking my husky there for awhile now and have never had complaints until recently. One of her times coming back, I noticed that they had thinned out her coat a bunch and when trying to discuss it with someone there, they completely denied it and tried telling me that I don’t know what my husky of the last 7yrs coat looked liked. I took her there last week for the first time since then. After a few days I noticed my girl was scratching her ears like crazy so I took her to the vet today and they informed me she had an ear infection on both sides, I asked what could’ve caused this and the first question they asked is if i recently took her to the groomers. $150 later, I find out that they left clumps of loose trimmed hair in her ears and she had been scratching it to the point that my vet had to go digging to get it out. She is now having to be on 3 different meds for the next month after never having an ear infection in her life. I’m disappointed with how she was treated and how my issue was handled when trying to talk about it

Love the staff on hand. They are always very friendly and I know I can always feel safe leaving my dog in their care. We have used both the grooming and boarding and have been very pleased with both. Our dog always come home smelling good with a clean coat and a happy demeanor.

We have an all white Maltese mix. She goes in to visit with Becki for a couple of hours looking not her best. When I pick Delilah up, she smells great and looks her very best and I think she knows it.Kind people, great service at a good price.

Clearly things there have changed in the last year. Iv been on chemo for several years now and due to Covid restrictions, Madison Pet Clinic (where my dogs have gone for 12 years) recommended avoiding facilities like this on the slim possibly my pet could bring something home to me (like Covid).I just called today to book an appt and was told I’m no longer considered a “client” since their system updated in Oct. and I haven’t brought my pet in???The person on the phone was condescending and curt..and despite me explaining I was advised to keep my pet home due to major health implications, she rudely cut in and started suggesting other places to take my pet to as if I’m daft.It’s just sad when you go to business for over 4 years (loyally, we r extremely picky with our animals) and get treated (and talked to) like that. I literally have Becki’s cell phone number saved because they USED to be a well run, kind, local business I was happy to support.I certainly hope this business is doing well enough to treat people so badly. I guess I was just raised differently.And to other potential and past customers…I hope you’re in the “new system” or your loyalty will be rewarded with condescension and unprofessionalism.****UPDATE ABOVE 2022, WORTH READING**Both our dogs go to Becki and we think she is wonderful!! Unlike every other groomer we have tried, Becki actually listens to what we WANTED, rather than how she thinks they should be cut. We have a blue heeled/shih tux mix and like her head left long(ish) and her body cut short. We’ve had groomers in the past tell us this looks “goofy” or doesn’t look right (the way we like) and cut it all short. Becki has never questioned our wants! She just cuts it the way we ask and does an AMAZING job to boot!!The facility itself is extremely clean, smells nice, and Becki has produced consistently wonderful results. (I’m very particular being a cosmetologist and was always “redoing” haircuts from other places)I 100% recommend Pet Styles. Prices run about the same as Petsmart, but the results are MUCH better.

Cindy is great with our Frenchie! She always takes time to know what her needs are when we board her. Our Pup has terribly weird toe nails and Cindy knows right how to make her comfortable so she can get them where they need to be. Not to mention our dog has 0 social skills and is totally weird and Pet styles loves her anyway! We have followed Cindy for years (from when she was a newbie in the business).. just to make sure we get the best care possibleAlso have you seen her new building! Its fabulous!

I have shorthair dogs so they don’t get haircuts just baths. But they always do a fantastic job they are so much cleaner and shedding SO much less, their ears are cleaned out, and nails ground down to their quick. My 4 dogs (2 great danes, a lab, and a pit mix) have all stayed in boarding for over a week here. I’m a helicopter pet mom and so I was constantly checking in on them. I got picture updates on them and snippets on how they were doing. I like how they keep a record of if they ate, pooped or peed. My pit gets very sad when I leave but they gave her plenty of attention while we were gone and she was still happy as can be when I picked her up. The boarding area is very clean and they have huge dog runs, which I like because my XL dogs can’t be penned up in a cage for super long. I like that they can board cats too, even though I don’t own one it’s nice to know they do that (as well as give haircuts to cats). Love these ladies so much! Won’t take my dogs anywhere else! I make the 30min drive from Carthage to Carl Junction every time! Price is very fair for the high quality care that you get whether for their hygiene maintenance or boarding.

This is a great place. I have a very hyper Shtzu who has been cut by 5 different groomers who couldn't handle him. Pet Styles groomed him with no issues at all. Trimmed very nice cleaned well and my dog was happy.

So glad pet styles is still here. When they were remodeling, I'd thought perhaps they'd closed. Whew. It's hard to find a good, trustworthy groomer. This is a good one. Good job, good price and your pet will not be there all day unless that's what you need. My dog is enamoured with the ladies there. 😂

Took my dog in for a bath/deshedding brush out. She unfortunately still had lots of loose hair when we picked her up. Not worth the 40 dollars in my opinion. I would rather buy the grooming supplies myself and do it more thoroughly at home!

Fantastic place to have your favorite pet friends pampered. Becki does a super fantastic loving ,caring job on my pets and she and her crew handle the pets as if they were their children and I LOVE 💘 WALKING IN AND SEEING MY ANGELS LOOK SO BEAUTIFUL 😍 and they feel GREAT TOO.THEY ARE SO HAPPY WHEN THEY LOOK GREAT!!!!
