I’ve gotten two dogs from here now and the business is outstanding. I would put 10 stars if I could! Staff is very caring and knowledgeable, puppies love being able to free roam the store and play, and it’s very clean. Try finding a purebred dog for any less somewhere else, you can’t! Prices are outstanding!

The staff was so polite, helpful & friendly. The puppies are adorable. Supplies are reasonably priced. Highly suggest if you are looking for a new addition to your family.

They don’t disclose a lot of information before they sell you the dog. They didn’t tell me I wouldn’t be allowed to register her before I bought her. Paid as much as I would’ve paid for a registered full blood. Also told me she didn’t have kennel cough when she did so I had to take her to the vet the next day. Won’t be buying from them again.

Very friendly, clean and humane. I love that none of the puppies were kept in kennels all day long but instead had a whole yard with toys, play equipment and bones. They had plenty of food and water and were definitely well-fed. Great place. Even though we aren’t in the market for a new puppy right now, we will come here to buy healthy treats for our dogs regularly in the future.

Put a deposit on a puppy and drove almost two hours to get there. Hours said 10-6 Wednesday thru Saturday. My receipt said I needed to pick her up by 5:30. Got there at 5:10. Got there and they were closed! I called the owner and she said I was rude to her, I drove almost two hours, I was upset! I am heartbroken. I really fell in love with that little baby.

I got my Corgi boy there, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The store has some really unique items for dogs. The outside area was clean, staff were cleaning up the yard. Lots of adorable puppies!

This place is set up so well, they have a gate at the front door, as the dogs are not caged up, they can walk around freely. The back door was open to a play area outside that was well fenced. Great place to buy a puppy.

Came to visit the store & was super excited cause it looked amazing online. Upon entering with my mom we were completely ignored. Couldn’t tell if the kids where just looking or worked there till we asked and they seemed to not give a care in the world to us. The lady behind the counter wouldn’t acknowledge us whatsoever. We asked them the type and price of a dog and she answered very rudely & as if we were an inconvenience to her. My family and I are animal lovers and wanted to buy all matching items for my parents, brother, sister and I pets but after the disrespect we went elsewhere. Please work on greeting guest with a positive and helpful attitude rather than an inconvenience. My friends, family and neighbors will not be visiting this place again. I highly recommend the pet shop in carthage, mo they were absolutely fantastic.

I'm trying fill out the inquiry on their website and it keeps saying invalid email where it asks for an address. I'm trying to figure out where their puppies come from. If anyone knows could you please reply to this review. I'm trying to find a sister for me boy and I want to know if they come from breeders or rescue centers. They appear to be purebred or close to and all puppies. I hope they aren't from puppy mills.

I purchased a dog from here and was told that he was deaf but that he had passed three veterinary exams and that there were no other issues. This turned out to be untrue. The dog had other issues, some of which may not have been foreseeable, but others that should have been clear to any vet. I called during their normal business hours and left a couple of voicemails but could never get an answer. When the owner finally returned my call two days later the experience was less than pleasant. She was condescending, rude, and untruthful. She contradicted herself multiple times and seemed aggravated when asked simple questions that she could not provide clear answers to. There are reviews on other sites where others have complained of similar issues. I would recommend purchasing a dog elsewhere.

This place is so clean and the customer service is amazing! All the girls working there were super helpful and patient. It was our first time adopting a pet so they gave us many tips and instructions to care for puppy eventhough it was passed their closing time.
