Dogwash- The dogwash tub is great, big and antislip. There were no towels. I asked an associate for towels and they did not bring any. I had 2 dogs and had to dry them with paper towels. They need a table for purse, phone, etc. and shelves for towels. There are no ear wipes, brushes or hand towels. The floor, when wet is extremely slick. This wasn't a great experience with 2 large dogs. The price was the best part $9.99. I really like TS, but they need to improve the dogwash. Will go to local pet store dogwash next time.

Orscheln had a much better selection of hardware. Yeah this store is bigger but in reality the aisles are spaced far apart and looks like the old stores same inventory just spread out. More power tools and bigger clothing section.Got asked for my birthday for a can of spray paint smh. I laughed and got a lecture about how I should expect that and that has been happening for a long time now. Then got asked for phone #, for paint and some bolts. nope. not needed. Gave new store a shot but I can't see any reason to go back. Menards, Lowes, Rural King, Buccheits are much better.

Orscheln store is a very pleasant store to shop in for everyone. They are always willing to help you find what you are looking for and if they don't have it, they will order it. Friendly people working.

Love this place. Employees are always polite, informative and helpful. I was looking for a diatomaceous earth powder applicator but they were sold out so the manager radioed to the back and asked one of the employees to see if they had an extra one they were not personally using and if so to bring it up front and give it to me. I was extremely impressed!!

I was very disappointed. They had a lot of common items. The lady who took about 30 seconds to help me seemed disgruntled because I ask if she had a item. I'm from another town with a similar store but smaller. The store in my area had some of what I was looking for, but not all. I did look on the company website to see that they carry the item. I have found larger stores often carry things that smaller stores don't. I have heard how big and great the new Cape store was so when in Cape I go there. The lady I talked to said they have no such thing and the company doesn't carry such a item. I don't share the same opinion of the greatness of the Cape store as the person who gave me their opinion. The lady who waited on me did reinforce my definite disappointment. I will say that they have a good location, a very nice store, but some fine tuning will greatly improve the store. I hope in the future I can see some excellent fine tuning take place. I have been a Orschelen customer for more than 30 years and the company is not a new beginner to farm, home and rural merchandising. I don't mean any disrespect to store or company. I'm just giving my one and only experience at this new store location.

Clean store, neat, organized, very friendly.Went after 5, 3 registers open, could used more on sales floor. But could find someone to help. I was highly impressed. This was my first visit, I wish I had one closer to my home, they are about a hour from my house.

I had a problem with them not being able to tell me how much I had left on my gift card. How can you not be able to check this. I went to there website I put in the card # then it wanted me to give them my pin as well.. On a third party link. I don't think so.

We love tractor supply. The staff on this day was excellent. We are two aging gracefully adult women. We need help loading our supplies. We didn't need to ask, they were right there. The store aisle or the front end need to be more handicap acceptable. I really like all the items but I can't get there to touch and feel. I will still come back.

Went into the store looking for a certain screw and bolt I really didn’t know the size or anything but I had the screw the guy trying to help me didn’t know more than me please hire people who have knowledge of helping people in what you sell

Selection isn't bad. Pricing could be better. As soon as they moved in they put in the worst speed bumps that would probably damage a lot of lower-sitting cars, when there wasn't even a speeding problem before. Do not appreciate, will not be shopping here.

This is a good store for buying home and small gardening supplies. Most farmers could probably utilize many of thier products as well.

I bought several items from their sale bins. Some were clearly marked with sale tags and some sale prices were only marked on the bins. The bin price tags were in front of different items. All items were scanned into the register that was angeled so I could not see the charged price. The receipt was very confusing and I couldn't discern what I had actually been charged for each item. Upon returning to the store it was all sorted out by a very understanding clerk.

This is a much improved store. Gone is the tiny, dark, cramped little store. Here now is the awesome, big, well lit & full of cool adult toys. NO! Not those kinds of adult toys. Get your minds out of the gutter. Anywho, I love the new look. I love all the great products, my bank account; however does not. Do yourself a favor, get off your kiester and head on over. Maybe pick yourself up a bunny rabbit or two. You won't be sorry. Well, when you have to clean the bunny cage, you might complain a bit. Go on. What are you waiting for?
