I went to target and it was going all great until one of the workers disturbed me and my friends conversation and asked me if we needed help. No problem, later we walked away and then she then interrupted us again with "yea im watching you all" while chuckling, we were not doing anything wrong but just looking around. We immediately checked out and then left with out items because we didn't like the disrespect the worker gave us. I'm not sure if she "assumed" we were stealing but i was upset because all we were doing was shopping. -5/5 experience with this target.

The cashier rang my one item up with the customer in front of me. After I told her the nail files were mine. Then she rang up the customers merchandise up with my Nail files. My Nail files were $1.29 and I gave the cashier $10.29. Easy right, $9.00 change. Nope $8. 73. I didn't even bother and I teach math!!!

Flew in from California and in my rush out the door forgot my toiletries. My church friends took me to this Target to pick up what I needed. Clean store and I found what I needed easily. Shout out to Olivia and the staff. Super helpful, very friendly! Wish the California Targets would step up their game and be like this Target. I'll definitely come back next time in in town. Cheers!

Bathrooms were absolutely trashed. Manager Jackie seemed put out that she had to walk to the front to talk to me. Now we are stuck in purgatory waiting line on a cashier because the dozen or self check out stations are closed. Seriously ? This will be our last time here.

There staff Always does a nice job overall as well as being able to do a good job hiding presents😂 but overall good stock and nice workers especially in the pickup line. highly recommend

Generally like Target. Seems like many items aren't being reordered anymore leaving some bare shelves. Would love if they had a bit cheaper of selection but overall one of the best stores to go to in Cape

I was racially profiled for no reason me and my son today around 4 pm and I paid for all of my items I was watched and followed I left my items and nobody said nothing to me wen I left out of store and realized I had none of my items and had to go back to get them and asked for print out of receipt and they told me no

Not very clean, still a great selection of home decor, but they were very unhelpful to us when we came looking, specifically for the Tuck-Friendly swimwear that they had been advertising. The employee looked at us like we were speaking another language and had never heard of such a thing, but she did say the manager was going to look into it for us. We didn't have time to wait, so we left.

Target has some deals on many products and clothes. They also have sales on their food that they have in there huge coolers. I shop here quite often and was able to find some sales.

I generally love shopping at Target but today I bought a booster seat for $49.99 and was charged $59.99. It was my fault that I didn't catch it until after I had paid. It took forever and a lot of double checking to verify that I was telling the truth about the price being incorrect.

Tried ordering something while out of town for curbside pickup. 3 different times, the item(and the alternative items chosen) said in stock. 2 hours later, I received a message saying it was out of stock. After the third attempt, I finally gave up and used Walmart. Walmart was successful the first attempt.

Just want to give a shout out to Shawn in electronics. He assisted us last week in switching our phone service to Consumer Cellular. Shawn was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in making sure that our new phones were set up and that we were confident in our understanding of everything. Shawn took customer service to its highest level.

The employees are always so friendly. They provide fast service I mean as soon as you pull up and check in it's a matter of a couple minutes and here they come with my order. I have 3 little ones under the age of 4 and I try not to take them inside the store during this pandemic and I really appreciate this service target offers.

I love Target, I use drive up for everything when I don't have time to run in! But, my mom was given the wrong drive up order and I've called & tried 7 times to get through to customer service/drive up, electronics, apparel, with no answer in any department. The CS line doesn't ring, just sits in silence and hangs up after 3 minutes. A tad frustrating given I can't reach literally anyone? Regardless, they drove back to hopefully get the correct order.

Target always has what I need and it is in stock unlike other department stores. The drive up service for online order pick up is wonderful for my busy lifestyle. If there was 1 thing I could change it would be having the app to allow substituted items for out of stock items. It currently only allows the item to be canceled or shipped to you for free. But, when it is just 1 item I feel like shipping it is unnecessary and if I could just choose a similar item that would be beneficial.

Everyone here is so friendly! Plus, the employees actively look for shoppers to help. It's a very clean store with not too many shoppers. Returns are easy. Don't forget to pay with your Red Card to save 5% on every purchase, and use the Cartwheel app for even more. The pharmacy is very helpful and fast. Parking is plentiful.

The hiring process was absolutely a joke. Whoever is in charge of hiring needs to learn phone etiquette. The first time I called (to check on the status of my application), she barely let me speak and hung up? The next time we spoke, she was interested in furthering the hiring process, BUT was so rude and once again hung up so fast without letting me speak. Right in the middle of us discussing when I could start work, I politely said I could not work the Saturday AFTER Thanksgiving, she said very abruptly "we are no longer interested but thank you for your time," and hung up. If that was a requirement that should be noted the MOMENT I start to apply (weeks ago). We talked several times and no one ever said I had to work that day? That day is not even a holiday? Then abruptly ended our conversation. I would not recommend applying for this job. The video recording process for your application is NOT NEURODIVERGENT FRIENDLY.

This Target is so-so in my opinion. While the store is very clean and typically well-stocked, they have a very small food section. Another thing that annoys me is how small the aisles are and how few checkouts they usually have open. Plus, there's only like 4 or 5 self-checks that are crammed in a small space. I must say, the employees are very helpful though.

I was overcharged on an item, but didn't notice until I had gotten into my car. Went back in, asked that the item be returned as the price was incorrect...also specifically asked if the reversed funds would be immediately returned to my debit card. I was informed that they absolutely would. They were not, it took several days to see the refund. This has happened before, and I'm sick of this store at this point.
