This is a nice store overall. Had a wide selection of goods to look through. I am a bigger guy and was hoping for a larger section of big and tall clothing which they did not have but they still had plenty of other things to look through. They had a really nice pet section with lots of toys and treats. Overall a well kept store and we did not have to wait long to check out.

Loved this store! We found so many gifts for Christmas. Store was packed with customers though, but it is Christmas sooo I'm hoping it'll be better on my next visit.

Workers are friendly. I love going to Cape to get my T.J.Maxx fix. I can find just about everything there and sometimes things just jump in my cart that I don't need but want. Hmm don't know how that happens lol.

I love T. J. Maxx. They have such amazing finds for the home that aren't very expensive at all. I have a beautiful canister set that was $5 or $6 a piece! For Christmas my sister in law and I bought so many little things for our cling wrap game and it was a little over $50. We had a cart full. I also love that there are so many vegan/vegetarian snacks and food products. That's the first section I look in.

This was my first TJMAX experience, and I wasn’t overwhelmed but I wasn’t impressed either. Long racks of clothes, you have to dig thru them, instead of like items together with various sizes. That alone is a hassle to go thru. That yells garage sale marketing to me. No organization. Reminds me of MARSHALLS. Only employees I saw was behind the registers. They were friendly, that’s it checked you out and onto the next. I know I more than likely will never return, I’d rather Kohls , JCPennies there prices are probably cheaper than TJMAXX a lot of things. I wouidnt recommend, I didn’t have any issues with business itself or employees just a fancy FLEA MARKET

It's fine, I guess. Now, I am comparing this store to the Carbondale store, but this one has way less stuff in comparison. It seems odd they have such a dynamic, but it is really quite a bit different. Honestly I think the carbondale store is better.

Almost always clean, and workers attentive. Service is great, and the product is great. The products are usually cheaper or marked down more than found at Target, or other department stores. The negative is not to the location, but to the chain of stores. Their products are almost rare. If you like a product, buy three. You will never find the same product twice.

Used to love this place but went here today and got the worse service ever. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by employees and felt like all of them chased us out. We arrived at 9:10 knowing they close at 9:30 but wanted to get a new outfit for work tomorrow before closing. The workers were cussing and complaining about us being there and one of them even came up to us and was telling us that they were waiting for us to leave. Because feeling so uncomfortable we ending up putting all of our items back, got in the car and left at 9:19. If they close at 9:20 I would understand but it was the absolute rudeness and disrespect that had me feeling this location is so unprofessional

I've give more stars but was disappointed because I got two of the same, exact pair of tennis shoes but because one pair was in the store a couple of weeks later, I had to pay $10 more for the other pair of shoes. They were exactly the same!!! That's a bit ridiculous to me.

Shame on you for not having any type of wheelchair accessibility or mobilized carts for your handicaped shoppers. I generally loved your store but now that Im unable to walk around due to surguries im sadened to see I can no longer shop your store.
